Two bedrooms with double beds are on the second floor exposed to the south with big terrace of 30m2 overlooking the sea. On the same floor there are one bedroom with two single bed and two bathrooms with shower . Second floor and connected to the first floor the staircase in oak and also with the outside staircase. On the first floor there is the main entrance, room with two single beds, another bathroom with shower, laundry, large living room with kitchen, glazed porch with trim room. Veranda is connected with the garden by the scale. On the ground floor there is the entertaiment room with consol of play station, movies in the context there another summer kitchen with all necessary . Garden with big table for 12 people and a grill to enjoy wonderful evenings, Deck chair for soaking up the warm sun of Premantura.
