We enjoyed our stay in Premantura! Sasha was a great host and the property was immaculately clean. Everything was provided - modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, beautiful pool and the kitchens were well stocked with all the appliances and kitchenware you would need. Sasha was easy to communicate with and very attentive to our needs and ensuring we were enjoying our stay. Local shops have everything you need and the beaches close by are beautiful! We had a car so we visited several towns nearby- Piran, Rovinj, Porec, Pula and Opatija. We enjoyed several restaurants in town- especially Casa Mia and Venice Lounge. Thank you Sasha for a memorable and relaxing stay - we enjoyed meeting you and staying in your property.

A fully equipped house, comfortable, super clean and a great location. We had all had a very relaxing stay and the house is so conveniently located we even managed to be car-less for a week, making use of local shops and restaurants as well as the bus into Pula for a day. A big thanks to Sasha the host who was very kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Very good house and very good combination with a beautiful nature and a little village. Sasha was very kindly and helpful. A little beach only 10 min by foot and you walking through a forest. There are few restaurants in the village. Very quiet and peaceful. We had a wonderful time! We will stay her again.

Comfortable stay in large villa

Family from UK of 4 including two teenagers (16 and 18) stayed at this villa for 11 nights. This was postponed twice since July 2020 due to Covid, so delighted to finally get here. Thanks to Sasha for accommodating moving dates each time. The villa is very spacious, clean and well appointed. Plenty room for up to 8. We particularly liked the modern bathrooms and showers. The sea view from the upper balcony is spectacular. Pool was clean and quite large. Exceeded the photos if anything. Premantura itself is a nice village albeit quite small. There are enough restaurant choices for a 2 week holiday though. Quite a few "cash only" restaurants , so more trips to ATM than planned! The beaches are quite small and rocky, and need longer walk to reach, so not one for beach lovers. We hired a car at airport for reasonable price, and found nearby Medulin to be larger resort and worthwhile visit. Only minor gripes for UK guests would be the satellite TV has many German speaking channels and not English (but the Wifi was good and we subscribed to online BBC and ITV channels for iPads etc). And no kettle or toaster. Would come again, but bring more folks to spread the villa cost.

We were here with our family (children and grandparents). Everything was super. The place was calm and quiet. Accommodation was clean, full-equipped. Air-conditioner was functioned, and we used often. House is near a sea. Big, clean, refresh swimming pool. And super summer kitchen. We recommended to family with children. Sasha was always ready to help with whatever problem. Near house is centre of the town with restaurants, shops, bakery and ice cream shop.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura a Giugno 2022 con la mia famiglia (7adulti)e un un bambino piccolo di 2 anni. Il proprietario è sempre stato disponibile sin dall'inizio nel rispondere a tutte le mie richieste fatte dal sito e poi direttamente via whatsapp. La casa si trova in un ottima posizione del centro di premantura con tutte le comodità annesse. La casa è pulita, aria condizionata al primo e secondo piano, ti vengono dati asciugamani per il bagno, ha una tv,ha un piccolo giardino e una bella piscina peccato che il sole vista la posizione c'è l'hai dalle 11 alle 16. La casa è molto spaziosa ha molte scale ma avendo la possibilità di avere una cucina anche nella taverna noi abbiamo utilizzato sempre quella...forse avere un bagno anche lì sarebbe una bella cosa senza salire al primo piano. La strada si trova in una strada a fondo cieco e la macchina (noi ne avevamo 3) la puoi lasciate comodamente fuori casa. Per dare un giudizio complessivo darei un 8

Ort: Man befindet sich sehr nahe dem Zentrum von Premantura. Es ist sehr leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Ebenfalls hat es einiges an Restaurants und Bars und Kleingeschäfte direkt vor Ort. Es ist optimal zum Fahrrad fahren und wandern geeignet. Für die Strandbesuche musste ein Auto herhalten, da diese ein gutes Stück vom Haus entfernt sind. Und wenn man Padel Board mitnehmen möchte wird es schwierig. Wem ein Handtuch und ein Buch reicht, kommt sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad aus. Was auch die günstigere Variante darstellt ;-). Haus: Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Man hat einen wunderschönen Innengarten, so konnte man zwischendurch auch mal am Pool verweilen. Die Terrasse hat ein sehr schönes Flair. Das einzige was uns gestört hatte war die Tatsache das es pro Stock nur eine Klimaanlage gibt. Das heißt die Türen müssen offen bleiben und man hat dann wenig Privatsphäre. Sasha: Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich. Wenn man Fragen oder ein Problem hatte, war Sasha sofort erreichbar. Seine Frau hatte uns sogar an einem Abend mit einem typisch sizilianischen Essen bekocht. War sehr LECKER!!! Fazit: Man kann sich sehr gut erholen!

Leider konnten wir nur 1 Nacht in diesem Haus verbringen. Es entsprach überhaupt nicht unseren Vorstellungen von Sauberkeit. Dieses Haus ist dunkel, modrig und nicht als Ferienhaus gedacht. Viele unnütze Dinge stehen verstaubt herum. Die Möbel uralt und ungepflegt. Die Betten durchgelegen und unangenehm riechend. Die Schlafzimmer rochen modrig und es schien als wurde Monate nicht gelüftet im ganzen Haus. Es roch, als hätten viele Menschen zuvor dieses Haus als Wohnhaus benutzt und abgenutzt. Die Bäder,nicht einladed, Toilettendeckel schmutzig und sehr alt. In den Schlafzimmern viele Moskitos. In der Küche auf der Ablage befanden sich viele Ameisen, obwohl keine Lebensmittel verstaut waren ( Bilder liegen vor). Meerblick kann man dies auch nicht nennen, man konnte das Meer von weiter Ferne auf dem oberen Balkon, der trist und grau war zum Verweilen, von weiter Ferne erkennen. 200m zum Meer stimmt so auch nicht, wir sind mehr als 15 Minuten gelaufen und Strand war auch nicht da. Bei Ankunft war es in der Nachbarschaft unmöglich laut. Das Haus liegt eng eingebaut im Wohngebiet. Von Ruhe und Erholung keine Spur! Wir gingen nach einer Nacht, mit üblem Geruch in der Nase und Kämpfen mit Moskitos. es war uns unmöglich eine Woche in diesem Haus unseren Urlaub zu verbringen. Der Mietpreis ist sehr sehr hoch für diese Qualität! Obwohl uns der Vermieter im Nachhinein eine Gutschrift des Mietbetrags versicherte und wir uns gütlich einigen wollten, meldete er sich nicht mehr. Wir sind sehr verärgert und enttäuscht! 1 schreckliche Nacht für einen Preis für den eine Prsidentsuite in St. Tropez vermietet wird!!!

We had a very pleasant Stay in September 2019 and Sasha is a very nice Host. We were a group of 8 adults and had more than enough space. The House and the outside Area are Beautiful and leave nothing to be desired. It is within Walking Distance of Cape kamenjak with its Beautiful Nature and just a Short Drive from pula and rovinj which are worth a visit. as we had a Fantastic Experience we can definately recommend the Location.

Well-located villa with pool

Villa is located in a residential area near Premantura- a small town bordering Kamenjak. The town itself has lots of little shops/supermarkets, a few bars and a few good restaurants, which was great. For dining, we highly recommend Casa Mia, which is a short walk away. The villa is very near to a campsite, which you can walk through and find some little coves and rocky beaches. The area is quiet buton occasion there was quite a bit of noise late at night- not sure whether from the campsite or over the water. The villa itself was well-equipped and pool area was lovely and tranquil. We had a lovely meal using the bbq and Sasa was very helpful. He lives next door so was always available if we needed him, and dropped by a few times- once with a bottle of wine. Busez into Pula are regular and there is ample parking outaideof the villa. Kamenjak- the beautiful national park- is only 30 minutes walk away. We would definitely return.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this accomodation. The house is just wonderful, the village Prematura with its restaurants and friendly people very nice and in walking distance, the surrounding offers any kind of activities concerning sport, beaches, cycling...... There are also cultural offers and some decent shops in Pula and Rovinj easily to reach by car. Our host Sasa and his family were very kind and helpful. We honestly would recommend this holiday home. Wenn auch die Ausstattung teilweise schon etwas älter ist, war alles bestens. Pool, Grillecke, Klimaanlagen, Geschirrspüler und 4 große Schlafzimmer waren Top. Die Sonnenterrasse konnten wir in der Hauptsaison aufgrund der Hitze nicht nutzen. Für Vor/Nachsaison aber sicherlich interessant. Der Vermieter Sasha begeisterte mit seiner liebenswerten und freundlichen Art !

We visited Premantura with two families and had a very nice stay. The house had enough place for all of us, especially with the three bathrooms, 2 kitchen and various comfortables seats in- and outdoor. The children enjoyed the clean pool. With pleasure we recovered the air-condition for comfortable night temperatures. Sasha gave us a warm welcome and various helpful tips for trips all around Premantura. Thanks again!

Lovely villa, the swimming pool was lovely and clean and a good depth. The villa was spacious and very clean and lots of little personal touches. We thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful pasta that was cooked for us one night. Sascha was very welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. There are lovely views from the balcony, and an ideal place for evening drinks. Can thoroughly recommended this apartment.

The holiday house is quite spacious andhas two kitchens equipped with all you need, three bathrooms and a nice living room, several sleeping rooms and roof deck etc. pp. In a view words: Beautiful place for pleasent and relaxing week in Premantura. The Pool is big and clean and garden. with cherry and figue tree, well maintained. A terrace with barbecue facilities and a big table is inviting for sitting down and having steaks, fish and more. The lessor, Sahsa, is a very nice person, speeks several languages, is helpful and anyhow a jack in all trades - his workshop for fixing amjor or minor things is right beside the house. He even gave us a ladder for harvesting the cherry tree, so we had some freh fruits every evening! The neighborhood is also nice, Sasha is living with his famaly right beside, but sometimes a dog in some of the other houses was so direful yowling, that night became a little short...but this was not a big issue...The only thing, which could be improved and which is a little bit a pitty: The roof deck / terrace is not equiped yet - it has such a tremendous view over the bay to Medulin, but no shade spending facilities what makes it not that usable in the croatian sun... Some fabrics or umbrellas and a couple of deck chairs would help to make this a close place to heaven on earth. Many thanks, once againto, Sasha. We will probably come back!

We went with our Family to croatia and found this Place. We Had a very warm welcome from sasa. It was for us Perfect. Big House, very nice Garden and this wonderful swimmingpool. Every Day we went for swimming to the very close kamenjak Nationalpark with its marvellous Bays. In the evening we had a Swimm in the Pool and a Barbecue in the Garden. We really enjoyed it and can recommend it to all.
