On the first floor there is a spacious lounge with direct exit to the pool area, a laundry room, a guest toilet and an additional utility room. From the 1st floor a spiral staircase leads to the roof terrace, from where you can enjoy views of the surroundings and the sea. On the upper level there are 4 bedrooms with corresponding bathrooms. Explore the numerous beaches of Premantura and enjoy the variety of recreational activities. Experience the inland of Istria with vineyards and olive groves.
