Schöner Garten, zentrale Lage – doch mit großem Aber

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und bemüht, vielen Dank dafür! Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der schöne Garten mit Pool – dort war es angenehm ruhig und man konnte wunderbar entspannen. Auch die Größe der Villa und die Küchenausstattung sind positiv hervorzuheben, sodass ein Aufenthalt mit Familie oder Freunden grundsätzlich komfortabel möglich ist.

Leider wurde die Erholung stark durch die unmittelbare Nachbarschaft beeinträchtigt. Direkt angrenzend betreibt ein Restaurant ab ca. 10:00 Uhr einen großen Grill, der dauerhaft Rauch und Gestank verursacht (Je nach Windrichtung). Dadurch kam es tagsüber im Außenbereich zu einer deutlichen Rauchbelästigung, die den Aufenthalt im ansonsten schönen Garten stark eingeschränkt hat. Zusätzlich fanden wir schwarzen Schimmel im Bad (am Duschvorhang und in den Ecken) sowie Staubablagerungen an der Decke und in den Räumen. Die Matratzen waren sehr weich und haben den Schlafkomfort reduziert. Auch nachts war es durch das Restaurant im Schlafzimmer nicht immer ruhig, und die Kaffeemaschine wirkte für den Preis eher einfach.
