Modern Studio Flat by Belsize Park Station

Immaculately clean, shower toiletries were provided as were a hairdryer, iron, clothes horse, toastie maker and a blender. There were also books to read, great storage and a washing machine. And the location is just perfect!

The provided WiFi wasn’t possible to connect to, and the flat was also really, really warm - there is a great cooling unit provided but just be aware there’s no outside window to tempt a breeze in on a hot day.

Location was excellent, tube across the street.lots of local shops very close. Safe neighborhood.

Fantastic location. Flat was very clean. Small but has absolutely everything I needed. Great to have a washer/dryer. Lovely bathroom and shower pressure. Perfect for one person, not sure it would be as comfortable for 2 but sometimes needs must. The flat is up a very steep staircase which was no problem for me but it’s definitely not for everyone. Across the street from the tube and on top of a cafe. Very quiet, absolutely no street noise and quiet neighbours

I have to make it clear that there is no natural light in this flat. The only window faces an inside vestibule for other flats. There is a skylight very high above the vestibule but the fluorescent lights of the vestibule are on all the time Also the only window in the flat does not open, so there is no fresh air circulating. You can open the blind and then you are on display to people coming and going to their flats. A portable AC has kindly been provided which does provide some airflow but it is also very noisy etc. In winter all of this may be bearable but in summer this flat would be extremely stuffy
