Studio Flat by Belsize Park

The location of the flat was absolutely amazing and close to all under and over grounds for extremely easy access around London. The flat was pristine and has all amenities you'd hope for in a flat, so if you were cooking dinner or the likes, would have all you need. The flat also had a washing machine, and the owner kindly left tabs to do washing as well as sponges and dish soap. Everything seems thought of, and I appreciated that. Check-in was seemless too with clear instructions sent on how to get in. Belize Park was directly across from the flat, giving you 2 stops to Camden markets and a direct line into euston with something like 4 stops. It was also very easy to walk the entire way from euston to the flat if you were worried about navigating the underground.

It's not something I would change, but we arrived on weekend 3 of the heatwave and the flat was very, very hot. There was an electric fan and a dehumidifier 500 mls, I believe) The flat was so hot i emptied this on all days of my stay, and it was full. It would have made then entire stay flawless if there was access to a fan that had the ability to produce air conditioning or even an ice chamber to blow where the air blows out. It was so very hot it was uncomfortable. Again, the owner did provide a fan, so this was clearly a priority of there's, and I appreciate that, but one with the ability to cool the air given the size of the space, would have risen this to a 10/10. I do not want to appear, I am nitpicking at all but the what was extreme this week, and if the latter was on hand for such instances I have no doubt it would have been one of the top spaces to stay for the value in the area.

The location was excellent and the flat very comfortable

Nice clean well apppointed flat in a good location.

When we arrived to drop off our bags it was very hot in the hallway & room and there was no ventilation. The only window opened internally onto the lobby/stairway which didnt help at all. We went out for the evening and returned late to go to sleep. Unfortunately it was still uncomfortably hot in the room and I did not sleep at all leaving me exhausted the next day. Weirdly though in the morning I looked around for a hairdryer for my partner and found a small air con unit in the wardrobe. Too late im afraid.
