Good location in a nice area close to two Tube stations. Very clean and bed is comfortable. Good shower. Nice extras like snacks and a bottle of water and an electric fan (much needed). Owner offered a later checkout which was much appreciated.
We stayed during a heatwave (36 degrees) which influenced our stay significantly. Be aware the property has a lot of stairs - about 4 flights - which is challenging if you have heavy suitcases. The apartment is right under the roof and extremely hot. We opened the windows but often had to close them again due to an unpleasant sewer smell. The owner supplied some nice extras but only one roll of toilet paper so we had to buy some. There is only a small bathroom sink in the property so it’s very difficult to fill up the kettle and washing dishes in the bathroom sink feels a bit unhygienic.

Good location and very attentive owner should be praised.
Top floor studio, if you have difficulty to climb the stairs, this studio is not for you. For my taste, general decoration and setup was not pleasant and fridge in the room was noisy.
