The location was excellent, close to Belsize Park tube station The bed was a large double and was comfortable The kitchen and laundry facilities were good Once we got hold of Tanya through booking.com she was helpful

The wrong key was left in the lockbox so we couldn't get in and the contact phone number we were given was not answered. I emailed another contact through the booking.com and we eventually got into the apartment an hour after we arrived. We found it cold in the apartment on arrival and there was no heater in the room that we could turn on. The radiator behind the bed head didn't work and looked as if it had previously scorched the back of the bed head so we would not have been keen to use it if it had worked. The ensuite bathroom was very small. You couldn't bend forward over the tiny basin to clean your teeth because the mirror cabinet got in the way. There was not enough space to dry yourself after a shower and I'm not a very big person.

Perfect location, close to Belsize Park station

Great position for the tube station. Bakery and supermarket are close. We had an issue with the toaster and shower that were quickly resolved through a phone call to Antonia..

Wifi is fast anf location is convenint

During my stay, (12 nights) never clean up room. Host said, if you ask cleaning up, you need to pay 50 £ in cash every time!
