Amazing stay in the heart of Ubud

I spent almost a month here and I loved it. Indoor living with full kitchen and a washing machine. Big smart TV and good aircon. Super comfortable bed and the pool was so refreshing. Manager and staff are very helpful and friendly Highly recommended staying here.

Peaceful, tranquil, just what the soul needed

Everything from booking, checking in, liaising with the concierges, organising activities, checking out was great no issues at all. The concierge's were all lovely, helpful, accommodating, polite and friendly. The property was clean, my little apartment had all the necessities, a fully equipped kitchen that allows you to cook meals, make coffee / tea etc, there is a washing machine in the bathroom. There was towels to use post swimming in the pool, there was 2 x yoga mats and umbrellas available in the room. The swimming pool was always clean and ready for use. A quiet and peaceful location right in the heart of Ubud, there are numerous cafes and restaurants, shops within walking distance. The Ubud markets, palace and monkey sanctuary are all within walking distance, I used Grab or Gojeck to get a bike or taxi when needed to go further distances. I would absolutely stay at the Sebelas Apartments again.

Could get better value elsewhere especially in Bali

Convenient to the center and it’s inside an alley so it’s nice and quite. Staff was attentive.

Low cost construction. Toilet wasn’t stable. One light was flashing and I had to ask someone to replace the light bulb. The restroom had a smell from the drain. You could tell it’s a property to maximize profits. All looks good on the photos but the details aren’t there.

Even though the price was very low - still not worth it. We were surprised because the reviews were very high. Honestly

The location is very good. Rooms are very spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The smell in our room was terrible - the bathroom smelled like sewage. This was the main problem, it was so bad we slept with the bathroom door closed until they provided us with a different room in the second night. When we first got in the room the towels were dirty. On the second room we got the toilet was not attached to the floor and was swinging. The rooms do not have safe. We felt that even though the rooms looked like the photos, it was just not good enough. Honestly the smell was so bad ot ruined the whole stay. We had an incident with the staff after we asked them specifically NOT to enter the room when we were away due to no safe available, and while we were away they entered the room, left the room UNLOCKED and left their keys in the door.

Great location and staff but some maintenance required.

The location is great, very central but at the same time quiet. The staff were also wonderful, very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. There was a noticeable smell inside, which might have been from mold after the recent heavy rains or from limited ventilation, since only one window could be opened. The water pressure was on the low side and the water didn’t get quite hot enough. The internet was also a bit slow, and the hotspot in the living room didn’t reach all areas of the apartment.

Best place to be!

We were a squad of four and Sebelas totally delivered. We grabbed a multi-bedroom layout and all had our own space. Mornings kicked off with breakfast then we’d prep coffee in the kitchen and head to the courtyard pool. It’s prime for lounging, chatting, or just posting up on sunbeds. Location’s solid—walking distance to Ubud Traditional Art Market, temples, and a ton of cool eats.The pool bar is clutch for casual drinks without trekking anywhere. Staff were super chill—helped with scooter rentals and local tips. If you want to mix discovery with relaxing hangs, this is a sweet base."

Nice and cosy apartment in the heart of Ubud center

The spacieuse apartment, the perfect location, it is quiet even if on a very busy road. The staff is really helping and kind, the director is very welcoming.

Breakfast comes from a restaurant far away and it is not worth it. Wifi could be improved and the coffee place could serve coffee or juices. It would be nice.

Stayed here with my partner for a few days in Ubud and it’s a total gem. The apartment felt like a boutique hideaway—airy, clean, with a kitchenette and flat‑screen TV for movie nights. We loved chilling out on the balcony with pool view, just vibing. Morning breakfasts were easy and stress‑free. We were within walking distance to cool cafes, art markets and that bamboo bridge spot—I don’t even know how, but everything felt close Plus the on‑site bar was handy for a nightcap. Staff were chill and helpful whenever we had a request. Romantic enough to feel private, and convenient enough to stay spontaneous.

So glad I picked Sebelas Apartments for my solo Ubud getaway. Walked in and thought—dang, this place is sleek and fresh. Bedrooms are with comfy king beds, AC, and a kitchenette that let me whip up coffee just how I like it. The pool’s right there in the courtyard, perfect for lazy dips between exploring. Breakfast is continental and just chill. Location? Insanely good—right in Ubud center, literally steps from Saraswati Temple, and a casual stroll to the Palace and Monkey Forest  Staff were super friendly and low‑key helpful, not hovering. Overall vibe: quiet, modern, central—and just what I needed to recharge.

Spacious room with a modern design. Big smart TV. The room is cleaned every day. The location is good, in the main area of Ubud.

Extremely bad internet connection, for me it was important to have a good connection since I also work. Inconsistent hot water, we were 2 people, in most of the cases the second person was doing shower with cold water.

I staid with my family for 2 days. We had excellent experience with the Sebelas Apartment. The rooms are very spacious with modern look and stylish & high quality furnitures. We loved staying at this facility. For us, Sebelas Apartment will be in our top of mind every time we will stay in Ubud - Bali. Mr Indra (Apartment Manager) is extremely nice and provide us excellent services. His staffs also very friendly & helpful. Definitely will go back !!

The only input from us is: 'Apartment Signage' be excellent. There is no signage for the address, this makes online drivers were challenged to find the location.

Nice, newer apartment near everything.

The staff was great, as was their communication. They were always ready to help. The location was good, nearby to a lot of restaurants, the palace, etc. Everything seemed very new, the bed was comfortable, and the appliances/fixtures were good. The soap was amazing :)

It was on the third floor, so lots of tall steps and no elevator. The living room furniture was not very comfortable, but it was stylish.

Расположение , красивая территория отеля . На кухне все необходимое , но очень не удобное в использовании. Качество плохое. Персонал очень стараемся и помогает чем может.

За окнами шла стройка. С утра стук. Напор воды в душе был очен плохой. Прием душа был испытанием. Ощущение , что капли воды размазываешь по телу. Кровать во второй спальне маленькая , спать вдвоем на ней очень сложно. В главной спальне , вся кровать в пятнах . Во время дождя из окон сочился дождь. От стены туалета в спальню текла вода . Несоответствие цены и качества. На фото все очень красиво, в реальности многое вещи старые и в пятнах . Возможно в других номерах обстановка иная. В наших Араратах было так. Фотки с напором воды оставила. У нас были апарты номер 9.

Rustig en mooi complex op centrale plek.

Super rustig complex midden in een drukke buurt. Je merkt niets van de drukte, eenmaal binnen. Het was voor onze chauffeurs even zoeken, maar van tevoren had ik goede instructies gekregen m.b.t. het vinden van het gebouw (zit in een soort zijstraat van de winkelstraat). Accommodatie was mooi, ruim & comfortabel. Medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam en goed bereikbaar. Ik kan niet genoeg uitdrukken hoe dankbaar ik iedereen ben. Ik heb namelijk een mijzelf redelijk diep gesneden in het appartement met één van de messen en iedereen die er was, heeft mij enorm goed bijgestaan en manager Rina heeft een arts benaderd. Door hun snelle handelen en kalmte, voelde ik mij minder gespannen en had ik het idee in goede handen te zijn. Omgeving is heel goed, veel winkels & restaurants in de buurt op loopafstand en ook enkele bezienswaardigheden.

De waterdruk was niet zo sterk en soms viel het warme water weg, maar ik vraag mij af of daar echt wat aan gedaan kan worden.

Un très bon rapport qualité, prix, un personnel vraiment très à l’écoute.

En plein centre de Ubud. La piscine Approximité, le massage qui vient à l’établissement le personnel adorable.

La connexion wi-fi était très faible. J’ai dû sortir dans un café pour travailler alors que j’avais vraiment besoin de calme pour passer des appels en vidéo. Après avoir insisté pour trouver une solution, le personnel m’a posé un répétiteur devant ma porte, et la connexion était beaucoup plus fonctionnelle pour les jours d’après. Je suis très reconnaissante.

私達は3人で3ベッドルームのお部屋で４泊しましたが　とてもゆったり滞在する事ができました。綺麗で広くリビングも快適で便利な場所にあるのに静かでとてもリラックスできました。スタッフの方皆が優しくその点も良かったです。又次回も泊まりたいと思います。

シャワーのお湯は仕方ないかもしれませんが3部屋共毎日冷たくてつらかったです。

Тихое место в самом центре Убуда (в моменте когда не шумят англичане). Уединённость и спокойствие. Отличный телевизор в номере, кухня, много мест для хранения. Услужливый и внимательный персонал. Качественный и тихий кондиционер, есть потолочный вентилятор (который ходил ходуном и мы боялись, что он упадёт нам на голову). Комплимент от объекта размещения - две фруктовые тарелки, приятно. Много полотенец, мягких и чистых.

Это не первое жилье на Бали, в котором я была, поэтому мне есть с чем сравнивать. САМЫЙ ГЛАВНЫЙ МИНУС - ужасное местоположение. Да, оно центральное, и прочитав предыдущие отзывы, можно подумать, что вы везде доберётесь пешком, но нет! Рядом, в пешей доступности, только рынки, палатки и сомнительные столовые без посетителей. Видимо, предыдущие отзывы писали пенсионеры, которые не умеют пользоваться Гуглом и им не важно вкусно они поужинают или нет, заходят в первое попавшееся заведение. Если вы хотите жить рядом с приличными ресторанами с хорошим рейтингом, вам лучше остановиться ближе к Лесу обезьян, я вас умоляю, не повторяйте нашу ошибку. Мы поселились здесь и везде добирались либо на такси, либо по 20-30 минут пешком по жаре. Все приличные СПА - очень далеко. Yoga Barn - 15 минут ходьбы. Приличные рестораны с хорошим рейтингом в гугл - все в сторону леса обезьян. Берите смело виллу на окраине Убуда, ближе к лесу обезьян и не переплачивайте за центральность, от которой нет толка, потому что палатки и рынки вам надоедят уже на следующий день, конечно только если вы не пенсионного возраста! К сожалению, цена-качество совсем не соответствует. Состояние ремонта оставляет желать лучшего... У нас было разбито зеркало. Ремонт сам небрежный, полки в ванной криво зафиксированы, где то оторваны крепления, плитка лежит как попало, без затирки, с щелями. Дверь в ванную просто не закрывалась, в ней была огромная щель. Входная дверь тоже была с щелью! Просто жесть. Очень грязно. Грязный диван в пятнах, грязное изголовье кровати. Чувствовалось, что в апартаментах прям хорошо пожили. Шкафчик в ванной с коричневыми следами от пальцев. Мы жили на 1 этаже в апартаментах номер 2. Слышимость ужасная, слышно каждое слово и смех, с 7 утра громкие англоговорящие начинают орать и смеяться внизу у бара. Бассейн холодный. Система очистки бассейна находится прямо под лежаками, лежишь и слушаешь жуткий гул - не расслабиться. Как-то не продумано.

Veetsin siin paar produktiivset päeva, töötades eemalt ja nautides Bali õhkkonda. Minu magamistuba oli puhas – laual oli korralik ruum, konditsioneer hoidis asjad jahedana ja kööginurk päästis mind pidevast väljas söömisest. Mulle meeldis keskpäeval sisehoovi basseini äärde minna, et mõtteid selgeks teha. Hommikusöögid andsid mulle kiire energia enne e-kirjade lugemist. Kõik on põhimõtteliselt jalgsi ligipääsetav – Ubudi palee, Ahvide mets, lahedad kohvikud

Kinderen vonden het geweldig

Reizen met twee kinderen betekent meestal chaos, maar Sebelas maakte het een stuk makkelijker. We kozen voor het appartement met twee slaapkamers, dat ruim genoeg was zodat niemand elkaar op de tenen trapte. Dankzij de kitchenette konden we eenvoudig snacks klaarmaken en was het handig om halverwege de reis kleren in de wasmachine te gooien. Het zwembad was ruim genoeg – peuters konden er prima tegen en tieners konden er heerlijk luieren. De locatie is top – midden in het centrum van Ubud, dus we konden naar tempels en markten lopen zonder een taxi te hoeven bellen

Het personeel hielp ons met kindvriendelijke restaurants en over het algemeen was de sfeer rustig maar gezellig. Een absolute aanrader voor gezinnen die ruimte, gemak en een stukje Ubud-leven willen

Mooi, nieuw en erg fijn appartement.

Het appartement is ruim en heeft aan elke slaapkamer een badkamer. We werden netjes ontvangen en daar waar er vragen hielp het service teams ons uitstekend.

Er viel weinig tegen, er waren wat problemen met de wasmachine en een lekkage maar dat ging niet ten kostte aan de fijne tijd in het appartement.

Прекраснейшее месторасположение! Особенно, если вы планируете передвигаться по центру убуда пешком. Рядом кафе и рестораны на любой вкус. Все чистое, новое, красивое. Просторный номер, есть и кондиционеры и вентиляторы. Заботливо продуманы даже кофемашина и блендер, хоть мы и не пользовались.

Видимо, ребята забыли поставить мусорное ведро и не было тряпки кухонной. Не сразу получилось найти куда идти, не было вывески.
