Location was right in Ubud central so we didn't need to tackle traffic while there. It was close to restaurants and shopping.
I found the staff lacking in service and enthusiasm. They did not go out of their way to help us with anything really. They responded well on WhatsApp but when we made a complaint about the water being lukewarm, they didn't have an answer on how to fix it other then wait 5 minutes for it to get hot (it didn't get hot, only colder). It had a washing machine but no dryer or enough space to hang out several days worth of washing we had accumulated over the previous week. Nothing was refilled Eg- shampoo, hand soap or mini bar.

I loved EVERYTHING about this place, the location is unmatched, super private and modern, spacious, the pool is wonderful and the staff super attentive.

Excellent location and spacious side of unit. Washing machine a bonus.
The room needs maintenance. Rain shower head doesn’t work. Water started coming through the ceiling from the room above. This seemed to be fixed but there must be further leaks as water appeared around our waldrobe on the floor. Seems to be little noise insulation as you can hear a lot from others above you and those using the stairs.
