Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per qualche giorno e l'esperienza è stata eccezionale. Il personale è stato molto gentile e professionale, sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta. La nostra villa era spaziosa ma soprattutto pulitissima. La colazione portata direttamente in villa dallo staff era veramente super. La posizione è strategica per muoversi comodamente a piedi nel centro di Ubud ed è vicino ai principali punti di interesse e ai ristoranti.

Great staff, clean facilities

Pool could be warmer but it’s expected so doesn’t affect the amazing experience.

Location was within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. The folks at the front desk met every request and need promptly. The breakfast was notably a cut above. When we needed a driver they made the arrangements, including getting me to an eye doctor.

Everything was great!

Our stay at Jenna Villa was truly exceptional. The villa is located in the central area, but away from the busy roads, yet close enough to explore everything in Ubud. When we arrived we were greeted with a refreshing and healthy welcome drink, along with lovely floral decorations. The team was incredibly warm and helpful, always checking in to see how they could make our stay even better. The villa itself is very clean and modern. It’s in a quiet area, a perfect place to relax, and the large, comfortable bed ensured we had restful nights throughout our stay. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend it and thank you again for the super kind staff! :)
