Great

It’s a good place to stay, the house is very clean. Also, it’s located in Lierna, very quiet area. We are happy to stay here.

It’s better to have curtains in the bedroom.

Beautiful place with tasteful interior

The location was exactly what was described and the views were breathtaking. The three story apartment is renovated with care while retaining the charm. The bathroom has a great shower and there are two toilets which is an added bonus. The interior is beautiful and all utilities are provided. Main bedrooms open to the beautiful views. Host Andreas was very helpful provided us with recommendations for food and travel. There is parking closed by and easy walking access to two restaurants. I wish we had more time to enjoy the place. There is a supermarket about 10mins drive from the house. Access to the Ferry to Bellagio is about 20 mins away.

Nothing just a suggestion to have sign post saying the 34 we couldn’t see it in the dark.

We had the most wonderful stay and loved both the property and its location.

We absolutely loved this apartment. The views are breathtaking, it’s nice and quiet and within easy walking distance of Lake Como. There is a wonderful baker’s very near to the property selling pastries, pizzas, hams, cheeses and general groceries. The property is extremely comfortable, just perfect.

There is nothing we didn’t like.

Amazing view over Lake Como. And a lot of space and everything is brand new and clean.

You can't park your car close to the house, so you have to walk for 5 minutes up hill. There is no doormat, so when it's rainy it is slippery when entering the house.

Piccole cose

L' appartamento è nuovo e ben arredato con stile. Ha due terrazzini arredati con vista. Self check-in tramite codice Molto gentile il nostro interlocutore; abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà con la self registrazione dei documenti e siamo stati aiutati prontamente. Inoltre vengono fornite indicazioni sulle cose da fare a Lierna e suggerimenti su ristoranti etc. Il divano letto era molto comodo. Molto pulito l'intero appartamento.

I due bagni indicati nell' annuncio sono in realtà uno e mezzo. Nella stanza matrimoniale c' è un lavandino minuscolo e un water, soprattutto non c' è la porta tra la stanza e il bagno. Personalmente non apprezzo questa moda del bagno a vista. L' altro bagno ha la porta con vetro trasparente. Tuttavia è davvero molto bello. C'è la lavastoviglie, ma non c'è il detersivo. (Magari era solo una dimenticanza di quel giorno) C'è la macchina del caffè con una capsula a testa. Considerato che il prezzo è abbastanza impegnativo, credo siano finezze che sarebbero apprezzate. Comunque, a parte il problema dei bagni (avevamo prenotato questo appartamento proprio perché aveva indicato la presenza di due bagni) il resto sono tutti piccoli appunti. L' appartamento è davvero molto bello, lo consiglierei più per una coppia che per un gruppo di amici.

Increíble alojamiento con vistas al lago!

Fuimos las primeras huéspedes de la casita, y es increíble. La ubicación, la decoración y el encanto con el que está pensada. La cocina tedta equipada con todo lo necesario si decides hacer alguna de las comidas allí. En la habitación principal , hay un aseo que viene genial para no tener que molestar bajando a la planta intermedia. Es super tranquila y perfecta para descubrir el lago De Como sin estar en los sitios más concurridos. La casa es preciosa y Andrea el anfitrión, es encantador siempre atento y disponible. Sin duda si volvemos por esta zona repetiremos.

Todo estupendo! Quizás solo para que el resto de los huéspedes lo tengan en cuenta, la calle de acceso a la casita está empedrada así que complica un poco si llevas maletas de ruedas , pero no es para nada algo que cambie mi percepción del alojamiento.
