La vue magnifique, la situation géographique, calme de la résidence, la climatisation, les équipements. Les informations mises à disposition par notre hôte sans oublier la petite attention une bouteille de vin local. Infos sur le parking et activités renseignements de manière claires. Documents pour l'enregistrement, cela se fait assez facilement via une application proposée par l'hôte, répond très rapidement par mail et via booking. Hôte très sérieux. C'est une adresse que nous gardons pour un retour à Côme.

Améliorer la literie du couchage du bas canapé lit, on sent les lattes du sommier et matelas fin Important pour récupérer après de longue promenade autour de Côme .

Clean property. 10 min walking to the lake beach. Have everything we needed

In the evening, not much to do if comparing to varenna

The location of the property is good. It is about a 10 minute walk from the station and a 15 minute walk to the village/lake. The main beach is about a 30 minute walk. Lierna is absolutely lovely and has a proper neighbourhood feel, not touristy at all. There are a handful of lovely restaurants, a nice bar and a gelataria. The property was very clean with nice towels and bedding and the bed was comfortable. The location was quiet and the air con worked well.

We were very disappointed with the property. The photographs make it look much larger and better presented than it is. The lake view is mainly from the balcony, from inside the flat you can only see it if you are standing up or from the dinner table and breakfast bar. There is no view of anything from the first floor! The balcony is basic and you have to take out chairs if you want to sit on it. The bedroom has only one small skylight and feels dark and oppressive. The decor is dated and the kitchen equipment, although plentiful, is basic and mis matched. The hot water did not work properly resulting in uncomfortable showers. The communication from the host prior to departure was very poor. I had to aak repeatedly for the check in instructions and several messages went unanswered. I specifically asked if the building had a name or number as this wasn’t shown on the information they finally sent and we were worried about identifying the property. I did not get a reply but luckily I found a number buried in the listing. Lucky Idid as the location link they sent took us to a different property further along the road.This led to a stressful start to the holiday. There was very little information on how to use the property, what to do at check out etc.
