Sehr sauber, tolle Aussicht, Küche voll ausgestattet ( Kühlschrank, Backofen, Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster usw.. ) Klimaanlage in beiden Räumen funktioniert einwandfrei, privater Parkplatz vorhanden, grosses Bad mit Dusche, Waschmaschine vorhanden, Kommunikation einwandfrei ( Gastgeberin ist immer erreichbar und sehr herzlich, man bekommt super Tipps bzgl. Restaurants, Cafés, Ausflüge, beliebte Strände usw..), Check-in und Check-out problemlos ( Schlüssel werden im Schließfach vor der Eingangstür hinterlegt, den Code erhält man am Anreisetag von der Gastgeberin) Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeit vorhanden
In unmittelbarer Nähe fährt der Zug durch von morgens bis ca. 23 Uhr, uns hat es persönlich nicht gestört!!

Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf den Comer See ist hervorragend. Stellplatz für das Auto direkt beim Haus. Schöne, große Zimmer.
Die Bahnschienen direkt vor dem Haus führen dazu, dass man beim ersten Zug morgens um ca. 7:00 aufwacht. Die Zufahrt zum Haus führt durch ein Tunnel mit Ampelregelung und enger Straße. Lage der Wohnung unter dem Dach. Leider konnten wir bei der Fußball-WM keine deutschen Sender im TV empfangen bzw. solche, die die Spiele übertragen hätten.

Die Unterkunft war hervorragend. Tolle Sicht auf den See. Preis-Leistung ist prima. Einziger Nachteil: Die Bahnlinie läuft unterhalb des Hauses vorbei. Wir haben uns aber recht schnell gewöhnt. Die Betreuung bei Fragen ist sehr gut.
