Lovely view and comfort at Lake Como

We had a great time in an really spacious apartment with all mod cons, also well heated since it was quite cold. It was also within walking distance of a lovely pizzeria. It has a lovely view across the lake. Toiletries and dish soap were provided and were neat and clearly labelled.

We had to get the keys in a lock box next to a gate. The arrival and check-in was a bit difficult but partly our fault as we arrived at 20h00 in the dark. There 5 keys to manage and the instructions to the apt. wasn't 100% clear. Also an extra roll of toilet paper would be great.

Neglected and poorly managed

Lierna is beautiful and underrated.

Don't stay here. From the moment we arrived it was a mess. The address is wrong in Google and there is no instruction on how to open the vehicle gate, luckily another resident opened the gate for us. The hosts claim that their Youtube video explains how to open the gate but this is FALSE. The parking spot is extremely tight and filled with boxes and other junk making it difficult to park. They fell down and one point and I had to spend my time repacking! I unavoidably damaged the paint on my doors getting in and out of the vehcile. When it rains, rust from the garage door drips down onto your car leaving lovely orange marks. We could not use the internet for 2 days because the hosts did not know the wifi password and it was not clearly shown in the apartment. In fact, there are very little instructions for anything except the complex rules. The bath plug was completely broken and we had to wedge it in and out of position with a tool. The electric kettle is broken. Both of these were escalated to the hosts who were only available to inspect this at hours convenient to them. Even the clock on the wall is dead. The complex can get quite noisy. On our last night we were awoken at 1am by someone moving furniture very loudly. So much for complex rules. There is very little effort to ensure the apartment is at a good standard and that the visitors happy.

Urlaub mit Hinternissen

Die Gegend war sehr schön. Die Wohnung renovierungsbedürftig. Fenster und Türenveriegelung ausgeleiert. Eine unmögliche Stehlampe im Wohnzimmer. Nur italienisches Fernsehen.

Der Check In war schlecht. 3 Tage vor Reisebeginn bekamen wir eine Email zum vorab check in. Haben Stunden zugebracht um dies zu erledigen. Bei Ankunft ging das Chaos los. Erst hat die Hausnummer nicht gestimmt. Dann waren in einer Schlüsslbox 6 Schlüssel, die man alle ausprbieren musste, welcher woran gehörte. Selbst die Wohnung mussten wir so suchen. Die Grage zum Parken war mit Müll belegt, so das unser Auto nicht rein ging. Das Wlan war fast unbrauchbar. Ein geflicktes Kabel welches in die Fitz Box ging. Laufend Unterbrechung oder der Empfang zu schwach. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene. Einer war im Kinderzimmer untergebracht. Das Bett für Erwachsene unmöglich. usw

Hele fijne ervaring tijdens ons verblijf, hier en daar wat aanpassingen die zeker nuttig zijn maar over het algemeen heb

Zeer ruim terras en super mooi uitzicht Goeie airco's en zeker nodig tijdens ons verblijf Ruime kamers (2pers bed is aan de kleine kant, 1,90m in lengte) Leuke setting en vriendelijke bewoners Sleutelsysteem zeker goed, poort ook gemakkelijk voor in- en uitrijden Voor de rest zeker alles wat er nodig is, voldoende kastruimte en voldoende haakjes om iets aan op de hangen in de hal, slaapkamer en badkamer Rustig gelegen en dichtbij lokale bakkers, winkel, resto,... Goede locatie voor daguitstappen naar andere stadjes Snelle communicatie met de beheerders

Afvalbeheer omslachtig Over het algemeen geen nieuw/modern appartement (keuken en badkamer aan vernieuwing toe: keukenkasten, afvoer van het bad en douchekop) Voorzieningen zeer basic (2 wijnglazen, geen kommen, geen onderleggers voor pannen,..) Stofzuiger zou handig zijn Garage is erg klein maar zeker handig. Hier stonden nog veel persoonlijke spullen waardoor de auto er niet helemaal in paste

La vue sur le lac de Côme, la piscine! Tout est parfait sauf la gestion des déchets.

La gestion des déchets. Il faut ABSOLUMENT prévoir plusieurs containers sur la terrasse afin qu’on puisse disposer les déchets triés dedans.
