SEAWATCH RESORT consists of 2 beautiful towers located directly on our beach nestled conveniently between the cities of North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach. Outlet shopping is just up the road.
This beautiful condo has a layout like very few do at this resort. The condo is VERY SPACIOUS and has an AMAZING BALCONY that extends across both bedrooms and the living room. ALL 3 ROOMS ARE DIRECT OCEAN FRONT AND HAVE BALCONY ACCESS with a SPLIT DOUBLE PRIMARY BEDROOM PLAN with the living room in the middle and a primary bedroom off to each side. The condo is located on the 10TH FLOOR IN THE SOUTH TOWER. Pull back the curtains and watch the breathtaking East Coast sunrises right from your bed! Offering plenty of room for everyone, this condo SLEEPS 6 with 2 king beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The condo is equipped with a WASHER/DRYER to help keep those beach towels and swimsuits dry and ready for wear each day. There is a FULL KITCHEN in the condo, equipped with everything you would need on those days when you just want to relax at the beach and dine in. The beautiful beach decor will be sure to set the mood for a relaxing beach vacation.
During the day, you can relax on our beautiful beach or take a dip in on of the 6 pools at the towers. In the cooler off season, 2 of the pools are covered and heated. Or, grab a tube and lazily float around in one of the 2 lazy rivers. There are 10 hot tubs in various areas on the property, 2 of them are covered and heated in the off season. A new addition to the resort is the fire pit area where you can sit and relax fireside while listening to the ocean waves roll in. The young ones will love the loggerhead beach area playground which has slides, a mini rock wall, table tennis, picnic tables and chairs for the parents to relax in the shade while the children play (located behind South Tower parking garage). There is a game-room/arcade for the older kids to enjoy.
DJ Chris James spins the tunes all summer long from noon to 4 p.m., weather-permitting:

Onsite dining includes: The Captain's Cove, which has a full breakfast buffet and is also open for lunch. For something lighter, visit Captain's Nook which serves sandwiches, ice cream, shakes and Starbuck's Coffee.

CANCELLATIONS THAT ARE MADE MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WILL BE REFUNDED 50% OF THE DOWN PAYMENT. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.
IN CASE OF A HURRICANE, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THERE IS A "MANDATORY" EVACUATION ORDER GIVEN FOR THE AREA THAT THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN. AT THAT TIME, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY UNUSED PORTION OF RENT FROM DATE EVACUATION ORDER STARTS TO THE DATE THE EVACUATION ORDER IS LIFTED. Clean, well-maintained and had everything we needed for comfort. Chose this condo so our over 21 'child' could have bedroom w/a view and balcony access. Did not disappoint!

The condo was nice but some things could be better. The kitchen and restrooms have very low ceilings, 7 feet at the most. The pictures were not accurate. The family room pictures show space between the coaches to make it appear very roomy. It is in fact a small area. Also, the bathroom shower floor felt soft. The faucet also had no stopping point. The knob continued to turn around and around so you had to work to get the handle adjusted to shut the water off. The view of the beach was outstanding and the amenities were great. However, for the price of the condo, I will do better next time. I will not recommend this particular condo but I will recommend others in this resort that I have stayed in.
