About this house rental

Stay comfortably in Kiawah Island at this 3-bedroom house within walking distance to the beach. With 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, guests will find the bedrooms to be tremendous. This newly remodeled home has been expertly finished, and you will find the kitchen fully stocked with what you will need. The open floor plan allows for seamless entertaining from the kitchen to the family room and sun room. The property also offers 3 bathrooms with showers and hair dryers.

Enjoy the convenience of amenities like world class beaches and golf and the neighborhood pool across the street. We hope you enjoy what our place and Kiawah Island has to offer.

There is plenty of parking and an outdoor shower for use after the beach.

Kiawah Island is well known for its golf, tennis, 10 miles of pristine beaches and bike riding on the extensive trail paths. If you are interested in renting bikes, we can recommend companies to rent the bikes.

No smoking and no pets allowed. No loud disturbances after 10 PM. Must adhere to Kiawah Island rules.
