The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 200 m² gîte with swimming pool (private and unheated) for rent in the commune of Gueugnon, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath), a shower room (with shower) and a private, enclosed garden of around 5,000 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

First floor:

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob...

First floor:

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

- A 6×12 m swimming pool (private and unheated), fully fenced and open from May 15 to October 15.
- A beautiful 5,000 m² garden (private and enclosed)

- A 10 m² north-facing terrace on the pool side, with furniture for sunny days.
