In a small rural village, this independent cottage, restored from a former stable, combines modern comfort with authentic charm. Located at the crossroads of three departments—Allier, Saône-et-Loire, and Loire—in the heart of France between Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Burgundy, it's the ideal place for family gatherings or get-togethers with friends.
Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area and living room, fireplace with insert, separate WC, utility room (washing machine). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 2 shower rooms, separate WC. Mobile phone available upon request.
