Discover the charm of a spacious, functional, warm mansion, ideal for meeting with family or friends.
The house was renovated in 2016 while respecting the original architecture. It faces south / east, has an area of 150m², is equipped with WIFI access.
The ground floor has an entrance hall, a cozy lounge with TV, a dining room communicating with an equipped kitchen (freezer, oven / microwave, dishwasher ...), a laundry room and a WC.
On the half-floor there is a second WC.
The first floor is composed of 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms:
1 bedroom for 4 people (1 double bed, 1 pull-out bed 2 × 80) communicating with:
1 bathroom with shower 120x80,
1 bedroom for 2 people (1 double bed),
1 bedroom for 4 people (4 single beds),
1 bathroom with shower 120x80.
You have a large enclosed and planted ground with garden furniture and barbecue where children can play safely.
