Association of 2 gîtes that can be grouped together, accommodating a total of 10 people: a first gîte "Le Pont de Gaud I" n°3032 (labeled Tourism & Handicap (motor, mental and hearing)) of 92 m² on the ground floor + floor (living room, kitchenette, lounge, accessible bedroom and shower room with toilet, 2 bedrooms and 1 mezzanine upstairs) and a second gîte "Le Pont de Gaud II" n°3057 (not labeled Tourism & Handicap) of 80 m² on the ground floor + floor (living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms upstairs + relaxation area on the mezzanine). Each gîte has a private terrace of 20 m² + private land of 50 m². A 25 m² room shared by both cottages with board games, a ping-pong table, and a washing machine. Just 1 hour from St-Étienne, Lyon, and Clermont-Ferrand. Ideal for gatherings with friends or family while maintaining independence, you'll appreciate the quality and comfort of these eco-cottages, the peace and quiet, and the views of the surrounding countryside. Wooden floors and partitions, and hemp-lime plasterwork create a healthy interior.
