Each gîte has a private terrace of 20 m² + private land of 50 m². A 25 m² room shared by both cottages with board games, a ping-pong table, and a washing machine. Just 1 hour from St-Étienne, Lyon, and Clermont-Ferrand. Ideal for gatherings with friends or family while maintaining independence, you'll appreciate the quality and comfort of these eco-cottages, the peace and quiet, and the views of the surrounding countryside. Wooden floors and partitions, and hemp-lime plasterwork create a healthy interior.
