This two gîtes, which can be combined, can accommodate a total of 11 people. The first gîte sleeps 8 and measures 135 m² on the ground floor and upper floor, with a kitchen with a dining room, a living room with a fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 shower room. The second gîte sleeps 3 and measures 70 m² on the ground floor and upper floor, with a large living room, a kitchenette, a lounge area, 1 bedroom, and a mezzanine games area. Both are equipped with free Wi-Fi (fiberglass) and central heating. The A89 motorway exit is 7 km away. Come and enjoy the absolute peace and quiet and authentic charm of this beautiful country house, fully equipped for your comfort. Nestled in the heart of a preserved environment, the gîte offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.
