Stunning, secluded house, with two spacious balconies with tables and chairs, breathtaking mountain views from first floor lounge.. Situated close to Loch Leven, Carness West was built to take full advantage of the breathtaking mountain views, with first floor panoramic windows and doors leading to two spacious balconies. Despite its seclusion, the house is ideally located for all outdoor activities including hill walking, climbing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, skiing, fishing and kayaking. There is an abundance of wildlife to be seen in this stunning location. Locally there are craft shops, tea rooms and a visitor centre. Shop 3 miles, pub 1 mile.

Our family of four had a very comfortable stay in Carness West. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean.
There is no view of the loch from the house only trees and mountain tops.
It is not possible as a family to go for long walks from the house.

Beautiful and comfortable house, set in beautiful surroundings. So much to do in the Glencoe and Fort William areas. We were equally happy relaxing in the house, where we each found a sofa or corner to settle in. One of our highlights was a young deer visiting the garden. Kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable. We would happily return.
