Living room has vaulted ceiling w skylights. Outside deck and grill. Great mountain views. Great for walking. Clean mountain air. Some dogs are permitted .
Fully equipped kitchen for gourmet cooking. Quiet neighborhood with forest/wooded back yard. Lots of wildlife, great restaurants, and the magic of the Catskill Mountains. Deer and rabbits. Close to 30 restaurants, shopping, galleries, live music, and more. Perfect for one couple, or one couple with a child. ( Also 2 couples since there are 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths.)

The most peaceful and relaxing hideaway. Joan has decorated with beautiful antiques and landscaped the yard perfectly. The location is secluded and private yet close to town. Joan’s communication was A. I would consider myself extremely lucky to get to stay here again!

This place was one of the very best. It was so cute, well cared for, clean, quiet, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, lovely bathroom shower and had everything one needs in the kitchen! Despite alot of rain the pool was so enjoyable on a hot day. There was plenty of wildlife around too. We saw one bear (not too close), daily deer, fox, and even a canadian goose that walked out of the woods one day. It was just minutes away from downtown Woodstock and we could even hear music softly in the distance from the village. Joan was always attentive and responsive to any questions we had. This place was a real gem and we surely would return again.

We had the most wonderful time at Joan’s house during our two month summer stay. The location is perfect, the yard and pool are amazing, and the house was lovely. We could not have asked for a better experience. Joan was very responsive and we are so appreciative that we were able to have a summer in the Catskills. We hope to come back in the future!
