FREE FIREWOOD supplied. Our heated, saline pool opens mid-May, but our Hot Tub is OPEN now! An amazing retreat in the woods, situated on 7 beautiful acres, but still only just 2 min from downtown Woodstock. Surrounded by mature trees and gently flowing stream, you will breathe deeply and relax. GREAT for kids: in addition to the heated pool -- open in season -- we have ping-pong, a basketball net, a doll's house with furniture!
You enter this stunning house and view its contemporary, modern style surrounded by windows, high ceilings and magnificent bluestone fireplace. The home is warm, inviting and thoughtfully furnished. It has 3BR, 3 baths, a fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, in-ground heated pool and hot tub, overlooking the stream!
The home is divided into two sections to allow for maximum privacy while still being able to socialize together. The North wing has a sun-drenched 2nd floor bedroom with a brand new queen bed and luxury mattress. There is a cozy living room + den and fully stocked kitchen with large farm table to gather around with friends. Adjacent is an additional seating area, bathed in sunlight from a row of windows, with a new couch that easily unfolds into a queen size bed.
In the South wing is a stunning space with 30' high ceilings contains a second seating/gathering area + a library. There is a mini ping pong table and sound system for added fun.
In this wing, there is an upstairs Master Bedroom and another guest bedroom downstairs. The master bedroom has a new king bed, luxury mattress and an en suite bath with a jetted tub. The downstairs guest bedroom has two twin beds which can be combined to be a queen size. There is a full bathroom off of this room. It features a private entrance leading to the pool, hot tub and garden.

Place was great. Private yet close proximity to town. Perfect for our two families. Bill was accessible and responsive. We came in winter and would definitely consider coming back in the summer.

A spacious home with character and everything we needed. Deeply nested in the woods—quiet, beautiful, and great for hiking! Loved our stay. A couple miles from Woodstock, a quaint town with galleries, cafes, and good restaurants. Host Bill was amazing, responsive and so helpful. Highly recommended!!!

Amazing, large artist-type retreat. Great for our family getaway and being dog friendly is a huge plus for us. Minutes from Woodstock and not far from other attractions made for easy entertainment.We didn’t use the fireplace or pool, but did use the hot tub and it was great.All together, we really enjoyed our stay and Bill was great answering my questions and helping out when we needed it.
