The holiday house has been beautifully renovated, blending nostalgic charm with modern conveniences, including a fully equipped bathroom. The host is warm and welcoming, offering exceptional hospitality. He also runs a lovely café next to the holiday house, serving excellent coffee—perfect for birdwatching while you sip. Guests can enjoy hotel-quality towels and bathroom amenities, along with a modern, fully equipped kitchen for all the cooking needs. The bedding features thick mattresses (not like the thin futon beds although they put the mattresses on the tatami floor) and soft, comfortable linens.

雖然是好像出租公寓的形式但是規格與整潔度到服務完全是日式的飯店等級，地理位置很方便旁邊就有傳統式的澡堂可以享受定山溪的溫泉。房間非常適合家庭居住，衛浴設備還有備品都是使用非常高級的，整潔程度更是完全沒有話說。更讚的是有廚房可以讓我們烹飪，只有你用不到的道具沒有老闆沒想到的東西。日式客廳還有搖椅、暖氣、黑膠唱片與傳統的手寫台，周圍的風景更不需提了因為根本無法用言語形容
