Breakfast was typical Japanese and plentiful. Dinner was plentiful but expected more seafood. Some tasted strange. Coffee machine and water in lobby are nice. Baths were very nice.
Dinner- was expecting more good seafood, not rubbery cockle or chewy eel that didn’t have much flavor. Beds are a bit too hard. Felt like futon mattress. Massage was very different and not a shiatsu that I was expecting in Japan. Felt like they cut the time short as she had to go answer the phone. There’s was no direct skin contact. Massaged through clothes and a towel! At dinner, the list that you can choose from were same on both nights.

Beds are comfortable with all essential amenities ready for use - they provide additional pillows you can choose from a pillow area in each floor (some special ones like charcoal and cypress).
Great services from the staff who are friendly and helpful.
Food provided under the reservation with "Half Board" for breakfast and dinner are delicious.
There are both public and private hot spring baths; 4 private baths which are open 24/7 - relaxing and rejuvenating.
It was an amazing experience with every cent.

Amazing! Incredibly welcoming to foreigners.
Some of the other guests were kinda rude and entitled. Can see how the hotel staff were a little hesitant to try to connect with guests.
