有床房間三間，榻榻米兩間，此外公共空間寬敞舒適。地段非常好，安靜卻離便利商店很近，周邊有兩家AEON，三四家以上的超市，還有驚安殿堂，分生活機能非常便利。
洗脫烘一體式洗衣機效率稍差，希望假以時日能有單獨一台瓦斯烘衣機。 玄關大門透視度太高，希望大門內可以加個簾子，這樣可以提升整體屋內的隱私。

Very nice and spacious, and super clean. Very comfortable for our group of 7. And comes with parking spaces.
There is a step between the kitchen and the dinning area. It takes time to get use to the step, so some of us tripped a few times.
