Very nice and spacious, and super clean. Very comfortable for our group of 7. And comes with parking spaces.
There is a step between the kitchen and the dinning area. It takes time to get use to the step, so some of us tripped a few times.

お部屋がとてもきれいです。
キッチン設備が整っており、前回よりも充実してくれた気がします。
一人に対して１枚ずつのバスタオル、ハンドタオルが常備されており助かりました。
屋内駐車場（高さ170ｃｍ以下）、屋外駐車場（無制限）があるので用途に合わせて止めることができます。
駅も近くにあるので札幌市内まで出るのも簡単。ＧＯタクシーで２０分程度。
ベットは一人部屋、二人部屋、三人部屋とあり、その他にも三名前後が泊まれる和室が二部屋あり、大人数でもプライベート空間が確保できる民泊です。
トイレは2か所、ヒノキのお風呂１か所、シャワーブース１か所があります。
その他、システムキッチン（グリル付）、食器（箸、ナイフ、スプーン、フォーク等もあり）、ドラム式洗濯機（洗剤あり）、電気ポット、電子レンジ、大きめの冷蔵庫、分別用ゴミ箱等の設備が常備されており、今日からでも住むことができるぐらいです。
調味料は油、砂糖、塩程度だと考えた方がよいでしょう。
