One of the best hotel stays of all time. Service was impeccable, attentive without being intrusive. Food was top-notch; breakfast and dinner included in the half board. Dinner was a nine course healthy curated selection of local ingredients from all over Hokkaido. Absolutely loved the in-room onsen and forest views. Will definitely stay again. Topped up for teppanyaki dinner on one night and it was amazingly delicious

Every details is very top notch . The lobby ‘s view is stunning and calm Room is spacious and very clean ! I like the lounge so much All you can eat and drink The selection of snacks are great choice

It was an amazing stay. We loved every second of it. It was so hospitable, tranquil, beautiful, delicious meals, amazing amenities and rooms as well as the grounds, onsen, and charming town with delicious local cuisine. A must stay if you're traveling to Hokkaido. We have already decided we have to return as soon as possible!
Nothing negative to say at all. Everything was amazing.

Clean , great facilities, good location, great service , we had teppanyaki dinner- it was great 😊
Breakfast was limited to Japanese style, Would be nice for some variety.
