Great location! Very close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. Very close to the metro stations. The apartment is equipped with a kettle and tea, a coffee machine with capsules and capsules, a refrigerator, and a microwave. There's also air conditioning and a fan, but we didn't use them. The building has an elevator. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and two shops nearby. An ideal place for visiting
Paris. I recommend it.

- Good host communication
- comfortable bed
- good neighbourhood
- accommodation is basic, but that is reflected in the price
- cleanliness of the kitchen area could have been better (especially plates and the table)
- there is a lot of traffic noise early morning (06:00-07:30) when there are delivery trucks etc. Since the apartment is on the first floor, this is quite inconvenient.
