The apartment was clean and welcoming, our stay was very pleasant there.

Location is perfect in the beautiful old town area . Everything is within walking distance. It is surrounded by restaurants and bars but still it is quiet and peaceful. The design and vibe of the apartment is youthful but also very comfortable.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this apartment but walking up to the third floor could be a problem to some guests.

Excellent, well worth the money.

Very close to the center, very quiet, and close to everything. Laundry was 100m away, restaurants 20m away, the Sea 50m away.

Old town location. Good communication.

Quite small room and tight bathroom. Felt the bed linen was of lower spec.

Awfull.

Location was good, everything else poor.

Its very small. (Unfuctional totaly) Little to no air inside, no windows basicly. Also, its very loud. Very poor isolation. We had very bad sleep the entire stay because of the combo of no air/noise. Everything smalls damp as well. We had to throw out few things from just how bad smell from the apartmant moisture it cought. The floors were dirty, sheets not properly washed. So much not worth the price.

Camera confortevole e aspetto gradevole

Il bagno è ricavato in un sottoscala ed è privo di aerazione meccanizzata quindi, tutta l'umidità dopo la doccia rimane all'interno della camera. È possibile aprire la finestra che è al piano terreno e direttamente su strada quindi non garantisce privacy e/o sicurezza. In alternativa è possibile usare il condizionatore come deumidificatore tuttavia a causa della presenza di filtri non puliti e pieni di polvere il funzionamento non è garantito. Il condizionare quando acceso dà cattivo odore. Si immagina a causa dei filtri completamente sporchi e presumibilmente poco igienici. Sui appeti di ingresso e del bagno ed nel letto erano presenti capelli lunghi appartenenti a precedenti ospiti.

Lokacija IZVRSNA,apartman lijep,odlicno oppremljen(posude,kuhalo za vodu,toster,aparat za kavu,fen), i ono što mene uvijek oduševi- hrana koju ne morate dodatno kupiti kao ulje,ocat,secer,sol,takoder i sredstva za ciščenje! Svaka čast! HVALAAAA ❤️

Stepenice do apartmana nisu za starije ljude,vrlo nezgodne,uske,strme,ali ok - to je gradnja Rovinja
