A wonderful studio with the best views.

A fantastic place with breathtaking views. Cozy studio for two persons. Close to the beach and what an incredible sea view and view of Rovinj.

Beautiful sea view

Lovely apartment with beautiful see view, kitchen is well equipped and there is a bathtub in the bathroom. As the nice host lady told us, there are beaches everywhere :), and the city center is ca 40 min away by foot but restaurants are available in the close neighborhood as well.

What a view, could sit and look at it all day long.

An amazing sea view and a lovely little studio apartment that was spotless. Mirna is lovely and very helpful. A very short walk to a beautiful beach was a bonus

Sehr gepflegte kleine Dach-Ferienwohnung mit kurzen Weg zum Strand mit sehr netter Vermieterin

Alles sehr sauber, in der Ferienwohnung war alles da war man brauchte, wir haben nichts vermisst. Es war auch sehr praktisch eingerichtet, Herd und Ofen waren vorhanden, Man konnte die Handtücher nach dem Strand draußen auf einer Leine Trocknen. Es gab vor der Wohnung eine kleine Sitzgelegenheit mit Grillmöglichkeit. Klimaanlage lief super, was unter dem Dach auch notwendig war. An den Fenstern waren Fliegengitter, so dass man Nachts auf mal bei kühler Luft auflassen konnte. Zum Strand war es Fußweg bergab ca. 5 min. WLAN gab es auch und es ging flott genug. Es waren Lappen zu aufwaschen und Tücher zum abtrocknen da, Geschirr und Töpfe und Besteckt war alles notwendige da. Handtücher wurden nach einer Woche gewechselt, da wir 2 Wochen waren. Im Bad gab es Fön und kleinen Schrank um alles zu verstauen. Einrichtung war auf aktuellem Stand, kein 70er Jahre Kram wie sehr häufig in Italien. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Parkplatz war direkt vor dem Haus. Ausblick: man konnte etwas die Bucht sehen.

Strandnah, schöne Aussicht, Küche relativ gut ausgestattet. Klimaanlage, heller Raum Aufgrund der vielen Fenster

Das Kochfeld war sehr langsam und hat sich teilweise abgeschaltet, man brauchte Geduld. Die Waschtisch Armatur hatte einen relativ langsamen Wasserstrahl. Für ältere Leute sind die Stufen zum Appartement eher mühsam

Super!

Super Lage mit guter Aussicht. Sehr sauber. Alles nötige vorhanden . Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Nach Rovinj ca. 3 km,aber es fährt regelmäßig ein Bähnchen für 4 Euro pro Erwachsener 😊

Es wären Außenrolläden gut, da es so etwas hell ist.
