A clean and new property in excellent location, close to beach. Pretty nice owner. Good for a couple or single occupanc

Superb

The interior is clean, simple and nice. The bathroom is spacious, which is nice, and the kitchen is big enough to prepare a simple meal. The apartment has a small secluded front porch where one can have a morning/evening meal or drink. There is a nice surrounding garden. Borik beach is just short walk away. The owner was friendly and responsive.

Since the kitchen is well equipped and big enough to actually be used (unlike most other apartments I've stayed at in the area), some basic condiments could be provided - things that one usually doesn't bring for a short stay, like sugar, salt, oil.

Nicely designed room, next to the beach, nice garden and super noisy at night.

The flat was well equipped and the garden is a wonderful place to relax (reading, Musik,…) In 5 min you can reach the beach by walking Good restaurants, bars, supermarket and bakery are in reasonable distance. Good communication beforehand.

the parking area is way too small for big cars (We have a Volvo XC70), but fortunately the owner of the house agreed to use their own slot wich is big enough for cars with similar size. The kitchen is equipped with a induction technique, but some of the pans or the small coffee machine are not compatible. The shower is really nice but not leak proof. That’s why you always have some water on the floor in your bathroom. The owners are not always present. But in the time they are there, they use the garden for their own purposes. If you come and leave, you always have to cross their table. That is why, it not feels to be invited to use the garden at the same time. At least, 10 mins before check-out, a very unfriendly and harsh women reminded us to leave the room. (we were almost ready - finally, we left the room 10 mins late) We had a wonderful time but the checkout was definitely not optimal.

Perfect! Sweet apartment looks exactly the same as photos. Everything is brand new. Apartment is fully equipped, there are things you did not even know you needed like grocery shopping bag or ice makers. There are two seatings available for the apartment and the whole garden for all the guests. Beach is approx. 5 minutes walk. Owner Andreja was very heplful. We were really satisfied with this choice.

Modern, hangulatos szoba. Felszerelt, minden meg volt benne, amire szükségünk volt. A strand kb. 5 perc sétára található, könnyen megközelíthető. Saját parkoló tartozik a szálláshelyhez. Csendes környéken található, az utcában nincs forgalom.

Casa pulitissima e molto curata. Nelle vicinanze si trova un po’ di tutto. Super consigliata.

Ruhige Lage

Das Apartment befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und in einer größeren Villa mit mehreren Apartments. Jedes Apartment hat einen eigenen Eingang und Parkplatz. Zum Strand sind es 3 - 4 Minuten zu gehen, viel Schatten. Restaurants und Bars fußläufig zu erreichen. Zur Begrüßung gab es von der Hausherrin eine Flasche Wein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen.

Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten und Terrasse sehr unbequem.
