Es war ein sehr ruhiger und entspannter Urlaub

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr ruhig. Am Strand ist man in ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Terrasse ist super, da macht das frühstücken und aussen sitzen echt Spaß. Im großen und ganzen ist die Unterkunft echt top, leider ist das Bad wirklich sehr sehr klein und eng. Mit einer Größe von 1.85m sehr beengt. Und es könnte etwas mehr Geschirr zb. große Tassen, Eierbecher etc vorhanden sein.

The owner of the studio is very friendly, lives upstairs, but we had our privacy. The studio is simple, was very clean, got everything one needs for a few days. The hot water doesn't last long, so you need to take quick showers. From the terrace there's a little staircase that goes to a park/playground, so we had our own entrance. It's 7 minutes walking to the (dog) beach, if you go a bit further it's nicer for swimming and you have a cafe, a bar, a restaurant. A small supermarket is less than a 5 min walk away. Walking to rovinj old town is 35 minutes. From the amarin campground (20 minutes much nicer walk) you can take a boat taxi to rovinj for 30 kuna. Parking the car in rovinj is rather stressful and expensive. If you have a car the studio is close to nice restaurants like tipico green garden, which we highly recommend! All in all a pleasant stay!

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin vor der Anreise war sehr gut. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Die Wohnung war sauber und liegt echt in einer super Lage. Obwohl die Wohnung keine Klimaanlage besitzt war es sehr angenehm. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist dass man jeden Schritt der Übermieter hört aber daran hatten wir uns dann gewöhnt. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft für 2 Personen und wir hatten noch unseren Hund mit.

KLEIN ABER, GRÜN UND FEIN

Ganz kurzentschlossen haben wir unseren Urlaub um eine Woche verlängert und brauchten eine neue Übernachtung. Es ging alles ganz problemlos, wir konnten direkt Kontakt mit der netten Vermieterin Mirna aufnehmen und haben 7 wundervolle Tage in Rovinj verbracht. Das Zimmer ist klein, sauber, vollkommen ausreichend, die Terasse mit Pergola einfach super. Sonne und Schatten, der Strand nur 3 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls, kleine Strandpromenade, die Adria so warm, wie die Badewanne (das ist jetzt bisschen übertrieben), aber sehr angenehm. Wir sind immer zum Hundestrand gegangen, mit unserem Weimaraner, der eine heiden Freude hatte zu schwimmen, wie eine Robbe. Abends sassen wir oft im Restaurant, gegenüber von dem kleinen Konzum, Da Mateo Pizza-Grill-Fish, so leckeres regionales frisches Essen, Preis Leistung super, das beste Restaurant, was wir gefunden haben und sehr sehr nettes Personal, wirklich zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder in den Green Garden und das Restaurant. Euch viel Spass in Istrien an der supersalzigen Adria.

Das Studio ist original wie die Fotos der Objektbeschreibung. Sehr sauber mit Pergola und großem Sonnenschirm an die privater Gartenterrasse so dass man im kühlen essen kann. Einen Gassgrill hatten wir nicht errwartet aber gerne angenommen. Auch als kleine Familie mit 1 Kind war das Studio total ausreichend. Zu Fuß sind wir zum Strand mit genug Schatten für unser Baby. Die ruhige Lage locke Familien mit Kleinkinder ebenso wie Paare. Grüß aus Remich, Luxembourg

Das Schönste an dieser Ferienwohnung war die Terrasse. Das Zimmer inklusive Küche war 4,30 m x 4,70m. Das Badezimmer 88cm breit und 2,50 lang. Aufrechtes sitzen auf der Toilette war nicht möglich, da im Rücken auf Kopfhöhe der Spülkasten angebracht und direkt darüber der Warmwasserboiler angebracht war. Also, Alles in Allem sehr beengt.

Wir haben im August eine tolle Woche zu zweit hier verbracht diesmal mit Baby. Wir haben kostenfrei Kinderbett. Die ruhig gelegene, privat Garten überdacht mit grünen Pflanzen spendet wertvoleen Schatten und zum essen unter Pergola einlädt. Nachdem die Wohnung eine Gartenwohnung ist die Wohnung aber auch ohne Klimaanlage angenehm kühl ist. Das Appartement liegt super und nicht weit von der Altstadt entfernt. Wir sind immer mit dem Auto direkt auf den großen Parkplatz direkt im Zentrum gefahren. Zu Fuß sind wir immer zum Strand bei den Pinienbäumem da dort genug Schatten für unser Baby war. Das ist ein öffentlicher Strand, der einfach urgemütlich ist! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Appartement. Vielen lieben Dank! Alles war perfekt! Wenn man die nähere Umgebung erkunden möchte wie Porec oder Pula, empfehle ich ein Auto! Man kann dann auch super zum Lidl, Plodine, DM oder Konzum fahren (zirka 2 km entfern). Very, very nice and calm, a peaceful place in the full season. Super!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Gartenstudio in Villenviertel Borik. Über neue asphaltierten Straßen in Borik führt der Weg zu hintunter Strand mit neue eingerichtete Liegeplateous, Kinderspielplätze und Lungomare. Sehr schön für Wandern, Biken, Entspannung oder Kinderspielen im natürlichen Schatten am Strand. TOP - Empfehlung

Das Haus ist bis in das Detail liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet. Die Zentrale Lage im ruhige Viertel Borik bietet kurzen Wegen zu den Stränden, Restaurants, Markt, Obsthändler und Taxiboat. So kommen wir auch ohne Auto schnell ans Ziel. Studio Green Garden ist wärmstens zu empfelen.

Wir waren in einem der Appartments für 4 Personen. Sehr schön und sauber und es hat an überhaupt nichts gefehlt. Ansprechpartner Igor vor Ort war immer erreichbar wenn man eine Frage hatte, oder etwas brauchte, z. B. einen Tipp wo man gut essen kann. Er war selbst auch stets bemüht und hat sich erkundigt, ob etwas fehlt usw. Vom Toilettenpapier bis zur Handseife, vom Küchenschwamm bis zu den Wäscheklammern es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mein Mann und ich wohnten in Mirnas "Green Appartment" - wunderschön! Klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Sommerurlaub braucht (bis hin zu diversen Mückenkillern...); sauber und ordentlich; die Terrasse: ein grüner Traum. In fünf Minuten ist man zum Strand hinunter galuafen, wo man nach dem Baden unter schattigen Bäumen den Tag verträumen kann oder an der Beach Bar ein kühles Getränk und Grillspeisen genießt. Die Altstadt von Rovinj ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreicht. Zurück kann man sich für kleines Geld mit einem Taxi-Boot bringen lassen, da wir die einzigen Gäste auf dem Boot waren (Vorsaison...), war es ein schlimm romantischer Trip ;-) Vermieterin Mirna ist eine unglaublich sympathische Frau, die man mit allen aufkommenden Fragen belästigen kann. Ihre Gastro-Tipps sind Gold wert. Kurz zur Infrastruktur: Supermarkt mit Bankomat fußläufig. W-LAN kostenfrei verfügbar. Ich hoffe, bald wieder Gast im "Green Garden" zu sein und kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Super Lage nahe der schönsten Strande von Rovinj

Wir haben Ende September unseren Urlaub in Studio „Green Garden“ verbracht. Es war in einem sehr, sehr gepflegtem und super sauberem Zustand, lichtdurchfluted und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten klasse Wetter und das Meer war auch super. Der einzigartige Garten ist durch geschickte Bepflanzung vor fremder Einsicht geschützt und stellt mit seinen blühenden Pflanzen einen Genuss für die Augen dar. In der Garten hat es an nicht gefehlt. Vom Gasgrill über Liegestühle, Sitzgruppe, Sonnenschirm, Pergola, Dusche war alles vorhanden. Der Südstrand Valdeliso ist Romantik pur, ungestört ist man hier mit der Natur in kleinen Badebuchten. Ein ausgedehnter Spaziergang und Fahrradtouren um herrlichen, grünen Halbinsel Monsena in unmittelbarer Nähe waren idyllisch besonders im Herbst. Die freundlichen Vermieter geben gerne Tipps und Ausfluginfos, die nicht in jedem Reiseführer stehen. Perfect für ein Pärchen! Vielen Dank!
