Nice place

Easy to find and easy to check-in. All online. Digital key to open the front and room door. Great location in the heart of Hasselt. Good value for money. Very comfortable bed. Had a good time there.

A small hotel located in the very center of town. My single bed room was quite small but new and tidy. The staff were friendly. The window faced a relatively small backyard — I'm not sure, but it's probably typical for this neighborhood, and as a result the surroundings were fairly quiet.

Perfect location to stay in the center of Hasselt

Perfect licated in the downtown of Hasselt Eventhough there was a problem to open the doors, the owners were recheable via phone and solved this personally in minutes. Thank‘s a lot. Great service!

Great stay in a top location if you don't mind the impersonal approach

Cleanliness - tea/ coffee in the room - bathroom; the shower is exquisite. All new and very pinterestable design.

No staff in sight, it's all electronic, data-driven, which is nice if you have a smartphone, but I still prefer hotels with a personal service - the bar/ breakfast place wasn't installed (at the time of my visit beginning September '25) with no mention of it in one of the many emails I got from booking before going

Goed voor een schoolreis of budget-uitstap, niet om te genieten.

Het incheckproces verliep zeer goed. Op de dag van aankomst krijg je een mail met digitale sleutels, wat het zeer makkelijk maakt om in te checken. Moderne gebouw met een goede ligging.

De kamer voelde nogal benauwd aan, precies een kajuit op een cruiseschip. Het geheel deed eerder denken aan een budgethotel, al was het wel nog nieuw. De douche was niet helemaal proper bij aankomst, de matras lag niet echt comfortabel en de verduistering was ook niet helemaal top.

Hasselt ist eine schöne sehenswerte Stadt.

Das Frühstück war gut, aber nicht in Buffetform wie sonst üblich, man musste von der Karte noch zusätzlich verschiedenes bestellen.

Es hat mir nicht gefallen, das keine Rezeption vorhanden war, man musste online einchecken, es war kein Personal vor Ort, wenn man Fragen hatte, für mich alles sehr unpersönlich.

Relaxed

Zeer net. Het hotel is super centraal gelegen maar toch rustig binnen. Kwalitatieve producten waren aangenaam. Niet de doorsnee hotelproductjes waardoor je al een luxueuzer gevoel krijgt. Alles was aanwezig om een aangenaam weekendje weg te zijn.

De verwarming werd centraal geregeld. 19 graden vonden wij aan de koude kant, zeker als je uit de douche komt. Gevraagd beneden of de mogelijkheid er was om het wat hoger te zetten maar dat is uiteindelijk niet gebeurd.

Moderne kamer, ruimte optimaal benut. Handig zelf incheck systeem met sleutel via je smartphone. Bij aankomst 2 bonnetjes om gratis een glaasje cava te drinken in de bistro/bar. Geweldige bedden/kussens. Airco zelf te bedienen naar wens. Productjes van nuxe. Oordopjes voorzien. Het was top en de ligging in hartje Hasselt was perfect!

De locatie en uitstraling van het hotel is waardevol!

Locatie en moderne uitstraling. Rustig ten midden een bruisend plein!

Digitale sleutel om de voordeur en kamerdeur open te doen met een swipe op je gsm scherm, werkt bij ons niet. Er is geen optie om de deuren te openen met een fysieke sleutel of kaart. Geen personeel standaard aanwezig dus tegen de problemen waren opgelost waren we een uurtje verder. Andere gasten ervaarden e hetzelfde probleem. Uiteindelijk werkte alles wel weer. Maar nadelig dat je volledig op de technologie en je gsm batterij moet rekenen om binnen te geraken. Deuren openen met een cijfercode zou beter en veiliger zijn geweest

Geweldig! Een aanrader voor iedereen die makkelijk en comfortabel in Hasselt wenst te verblijven.

Wat een voortreffelijk verblijf! De kamers waren zeer ruim en enorm comfortabel. We hebben erg goed geslapen en de voorzieningen waren perfect in orde. De douche en Nuxe zeepjes en body lotion waren zeer aangenaam en er was voldoende opbergruimte voor onze spullen. Het inchecken en uitchecken was zeer duidelijk en gemakkelijk en in de app konden we alle informatie makkelijk terugvinden. Kortom: hier komen wij zeker en vast terug!
