Well located hotel let down very badly by poor breakfast.

Location was good. Initial welcome at reception was very good.

Breakfast was very poor. Though we were down by 9.00 am the food had run out of the basics and had not been replenished. On second morning not enough staff and member that was on did not know where anything was.

Wonderful hotel in a great location with brilliant staff

Staff were warm and lovely and couldn't do enough for us to make our stay great. Location was fabulous and central. Lots of great restaurants around the hotel and plenty of options for drinsk and socialising. Fabulous all around.

Located in city centre.

Very noisy place, also during the night when deliveries for restaurants and bars are taking place. Noise from students going home after time spent in the bars. Road works at 10 m from our room.

be careful at the water bottle in your room

My room was very small (and clustrophobic) and very very very noisy (you could hear the speeches of everyone who passed through the street until 3 am - this despite the room being on the second floor). I didn't even have space for my suitcase. The windows overlook another building and there is no light curtain that allows you to have light and privacy at the same time. If you want privacy you have to use the totally covering curtain but then the room becomes totally dark. The bed was a mattress resting on the floor. Very difficult to get up the really disgusting thing are the bottles of water offered in the room. they are open, not sealed and refilled daily. So, think about how many people will have drunk from that bottle? Orribile concept not hygienic the restaurant and breakfast area are elegant (unlike the rooms which are very poor) but the breakfast is very poor. Only few things.

Ideal place to stay for a visit to Hasselt

Nice hotel located in the centrum of the beautiful city of Hasselt. Very comfortable and clean. The room was spatious. The hotel proposes a parking (for 14 EUR/day) which is at very close walking distance from the hotel itself, which is very convenient. The breakfast was excellent. I really recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel with friendly staff but unfortunately not a quiet room

The staff is very nice and I felt very welcome as a guest. I also liked the breakfast, where a nice choice is offered. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

It was unfortunately not a quiet room. Next to the hotel, you have bar Beerpunt and the sound insulation towards the noise from the outside in the room is not amazing. The bar, including loud music, was open until 3:30am and afterwards people stayed on the street until 5:00am. It was a very short night...

Breakfast buffet wasn’t according to the corona rules. No desinfecting facilities before you entered the restaurant. Everyone was using the same utensils.

Great garden terrace at the back with lots of room to escape yet you can step into the center shopping and dining because of the perfect location. Parking is convenient and safe. Staff were hospitable and professional!

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean

There was just no staff! None at all. We arrived before a close hotel door. We had to call a number and wait for over 15min for someone to pick up. They gave us a code to open the door that did not work. Het only response was that ‘it should work’. It did not. After 40min we were able to slip in because another couple came out of the hotel. We again had to let another couple in that had the same problems we did to enter. No staff. Just a paper with our names on it telling us we had to check out at 10am instead of 11am! Breakfast was not what we asked, no plates, we just had to eat it on the bed. Horrible experience for a very very expensive room. Seriously, the Radisson Blue is cheaper and at least it’s staffed and you can have in room dinner and breakfast is served on plates, not in paper bags. This is not a hostel!

I like being in De Gruene Henrdickx but not in the room 36.

Breakfast has plenty of choices. On breakfast, waitresses approach and ask you for the coffee or eggs.

I didn't like the room. Heating is possible only via air-condition, which produces a lot of noise and generates heat only in one place. Needed to turn it off so I could sleep peacefully, but then in the morning taking shower in the cold room, it isn't pleasant. The TV is unusually small and on weird position. (not worth the deluxe room) Previously I was in a non-deluxe place, which had 2 separated el. radiators and a bigger TV. It was a much better choice.
