Green Resort Limburg

The place is very nice and has everything you need, very friendly staff and a great location. I have traveled a lot and this is possibly the best combination of location and accommodation I have stayed in.

Not a single thing to complain about.

The resort is very nice and calming, especially for little children.

The sofa was a bit shabby and worn out. We arrived quite late and couldn't bring our car in to unload so had to make multiple trips back and forth to the car park.

Great very well equipped apartment, super clean with comfy beds and a great shower! The staff we met were very friendly and super helpful. We only stayed for one night ahead of a visit to a nearby Center Parcs (in February) so we didn't use any of the outside facilities but I imagine it would be lovely in the summer. It's also very close to Genk which is good for shopping/supermarkets etc.

The location is excellent - easy to find from the main roads and easy links to other places for days out etc. The swimming pool is a great way to relax and cool off on a hot day and great walking routes through the surrounding woodland. The rooms in the main building are air conditioned too, which is essential in hot weather!

We have stayed here a few times over the last couple of years and the cleaning standards are not good at all and getting worse. Multiple things broken in the room - the extractor fan in the bathroom did not work, so the whole room was damp - towels wouldn't dry and paper in my books got ruined after a couple of days. The shelves in the fridge door were broken, so you couldn't stand up any bottles of drink. No kettle as per listed facilities, chopping board missing from the kitchen. The bulb in the dining area as well as all the small lights around the bedroom areas were not working. The floors are absolutely filthy - your feet will get less dirty walking outside and pillows need replacing as they are stained yellow from other people. The mattresses all have a plastic coating on them which makes for a sweaty night's sleep. The beds are otherwise comfortable though. The whole place needs a major refresh and looking after better, especially in terms of hygiene and cleaning. It's a real shame as it could be such an amazing place to stay.
