Very kind and helpful host, fast communication. Location brilliant- real heart of Riga. Instructions about keys clear. Apartment very spacy. Can find there all you need to start your day- cafe, sugar, salt. All modern kitchen equipment except microwave oven. It is 3rd. level apartment without elevator and person with disability should be ready to some challenges.
In my opinion there should be warning sign before entrance in apartment- very high step dawn straight after door. Be careful

Das Appartement ist großzügig und gemütlich. Es liegt zentral es ist sauber wir haben alles gefunden, was wir brauchten.
Bringen Sie Gehörschutz mit, man hört sehr viel Nebengeräusche des Nachbarn. Der Wasserstrahl von der Dusche ist etwas schwach.

The building looks nice and classy. Apartment was spacious, had a fun second half-floor with bed and a nice modern bathroom with mirror. Adjustable heating system (electric heater and radiators) and a confortable open kichen space. Also, we enjoyed the jigsaw puzzle :)
Apartment had very poor noise insulation as it is located right next to a bar which loudly played music on the street until 00:11. Also, people and music can be heard from the shared entrance space and neighbouring apartment. The shared space looked questionable and had a rotting pumpkin in it... When we entered the apartment, it was very cold so we had to start up all the radiators and heaters. Also, windows didn't have fully darkening covers.
