Great location, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was practical and well thought out.
There were quite a lot of stairs to climb, which could be challenging with luggage. The common areas also felt somewhat run-down and dated.

By far the best equipped apartment we've ever been to! It has literally everything you could need during holidays, like kids toys, sewing kit, dishwasher, espresso and french press, iron, you name it! Everything is like brand new and clean as a whistle. Also the location is perfect, a few minute walk from the old town, near a tram/bus station.
Staircase; the apartment is unusually warm given the place's outside temperature.

Utmärkt och vackert läge i Rigas gamla stad. Väldigt mysig, fräsch och ren lägenhet med allt man kan behöva inkl. diskmaskin och tvättmaskin. Trevlig och vänlig värd som svarar snabbt med tydliga instruktioner.
Inget särskilt dock kan avsaknad av hiss noteras för äldre eller personer med funktionshinder då lägenheten är i 4:e våningen

Excellent and beautiful location. Very cozy and clean apartment with everything that you could need. The dishwasher and washing machine were a nice bonus for a longer stay.
The apartment would the best for 2-3 people, we were four and the sofa bed was more comfortable only from the other side. We didn’t mind though.
