The room is very clean. The location is good, there is a beautiful and crowded street very near the hotel, you can buy everything on that street. And you can go to a tram station and Galata tower easily by walking. However the hotel is quiet at night. I had a very good sleep. The Breakfast was really good. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They have two cats in the lobby, one of them named Bella is so cute. I love this hotel it feels like a warm home.

Not the hotels fault, but can be very noisy at night time due to proximity to restaurants and bars. One night there was construction in addition to the normal street noise and it was almost impossible to sleep that night.

Excellent Location near Istikal Rd. Good value for money. Breakfast was good (but not great), decent variety. Room was cleaned every day and you get fresh towels, bottles of water etc. They have cats in the lobby.

Have to edit my review. I wrote the review on Booking before checking out. Upon checkout, I was approached by two of their staff, pressuring me to change my 7* rating ("7 is unacceptable", "please give 9 or 10"). For one, this is not how I wanted to be treated in a hotel. Secondly, this makes all the other reviews seem untrustworthy. Downgrading the rating to 6* for this. Original criticism: Bed was only 1,80m if at all. You couldn't turn off the heater (March). So either sleep with open window or sleep in a sauna. Bad sound insulation. Always noisy even late at night. Ear plugs were a must for me. Breakfast area felt a bit cramped. Not much in the way of toiletries apart from soap.
