Le personnel etait a l'ecoute , la chambre en photo est confortable L'emplacement est super

J' ai passé deux jours en mauvais etat pour panne de climatiseur mais la gerante m'a upgrade en chambre supperieure ce qui etait bcp mieux pour le.reste du sejour , la tele est absente des chambres Il faut pas ouvrir les balcons , les sons a l'extérieur sont très dérangeant surtout la nuit

There was just one toilet paper and just so little shower gel and shampoo for two people.

I really liked the manager at the reception - he was very kind and always ready to help (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name). The location is perfect: just around the corner from the main street. The metro, which takes you to the airport, is only a 5-minute walk away. You’ll also find a Sok supermarket and a lokantasi (canteen) right nearby. The Wi-Fi was excellent! I had to work during my stay, including Zoom calls, and everything went smoothly. No issues with hot water or noisy neighbors.

The biggest downside was the lack of heating - it was freezing! I had to sleep in all my clothes to stay warm. My room had windows facing another building, so I kept the curtains closed for privacy, leaving the room pitch black unless I turned on the lights. Also, my room wasn’t cleaned during my stay (though I didn’t mind since I prefer no one entering when I’m not there). A quick warning - unrelated to the hotel: avoid the small shop next door! They scam tourists by quoting one price and then charging three times more when you pay by card. That was really frustrating.
