    We chose the Waldhaus Jakob because it was a little out of the city, and the location seemed ideal for walking our dog who travelled with us. And it was a good choice! The room was small, but had everything we needed - except for a fan or air conditioner in a heat wave .... We had dinner at the restaurant and it was good. But our dog could not come into the breakfast room, so we went to a lovely local bakery for a coffee and some freshly-baked pastries. If you want to be in the heart of Konstanz, this is not the right place for you. But if you're looking for a lovely place to stay outside the city, then the hotel offers a quiet, leafy environment.

    Pros; -Classy facily with cute touches. -Large rooms. -EV charging (But 10kw, need your own cable and expensive) -Great value. -Great restaurant -1 free Bottle of water in room. -Fairly priced snacks, drinks Cons; - No coffee machines - No AC -No hand/body cream, etc…Soap & shampoo only
