    I received a room with dirty bathroom. They just changed then after I said I am not staying there for sure. They tried to make me stay in a room where the bathroom was obviously not cleaned! In the new room the bathroom was clean but the housekeeping sucks everywhere. There were chips at my bed on the floor from the customer before me. At the floor were rests of liquids someone lost of a bottle or whatever. The bed very uncomfortable. The last night I was in bed and could not sleep because someone smoked in the room next to me and must have smoked a lot. Also the WiFi did not work anymore from the last night on. The breakfast was better when I was there a year before. This place was not great last year also, but the service and cleanliness went down additionally rapidly. They should give me a compensation for all those issues. Yesterday finally someone from the housekeeping service came to my room to ask if it is ok. I was working in the room to that time and could not have any distraction, also it was a bit late to ask for that after two days and not even a day anymore before check out. The guy at the front desk when I checked out had no clue about anything, I did not even get printed an invoice for the company. Worst experience ever with a hotel of the Hilton group. Cannot recommend that place at all and will never again book there now!

    Reception staff had me feeling like I checking into a budget business hotel, not a Hilton property. Bicycles not allowed in guest rooms.

    Bed comfy, staffs are friendly, breakfast is ok. Easier if you’re driving, parking is about €16 per day otherwise there is a direct bus 6 from the train station to hotel, it does get pretty crowded sometimes.
