Holiday Inn - the niu, Flower Konstanz by IHG

Das Zimmer war groß und einwandfrei mit einem sehr schönen Bad. Das Frühstücksbuffet war OK.

Der Fahrrad-Stellraum war überfüllt.

The hotel was really nice and nicely equipped; large room but no view. Room has A/C that was really nice on a 93degree day, 30+C. The wall papaer in the room gave us some info of Konstanz that we didn't know. I thought that was really cool. For the price breakfast should of been included but was not. A much nicer place to stay "Strandhotel Lochnerhaus" its on the water and breakfast was amazing; BTW the hotel was much, much nicer than the holiday inn. We just could not get a 2nd night so had to stay somewhere.

The receptionist seemed to have an attitude problem; her attitude was like here is your room go. Also gave us some mis-information about parking. She was not friendly at all. NO ONSITE PARKING, LIKE WTF.

Das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Der blumige Duft wenn man ins Hotel und ins Treppenhaus kommt. Sehr modernes und komfortables Zimmer.

Bekleidungsablage knapp gehalten für längeren Aufenthalt.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und modern, das Bad hingegen winzig. Das Parkhaus gegenüber wäre wirklich super, wenn der Aufzug funktionieren würde.

Unfassbar unfreundliches und schlecht geschultes Personal an der Rezeption. Stellen Sie sich auf lange Schlangen beim Check-in ein und auf unmotiviertes, übel gelauntes Personal. Die Duschtüre schloss nicht richtig und schwang entweder nach innen oder nach außen, sodass man entweder wenig Platz in der Dusche hatte oder im Bad alles nass wurde.
