Location and price. It was clean but I didn’t get to see anybody staff around.
It doesn’t have an elevator and I was in the third floor. But that’s me 68 years old with bad knees.

Location and accommodation for request.
Only comes with key. Might be good to have two keys. Why? When the entry door closes, it locks. If you forget your key for some reason, you are locked out. Had to call manager and inconvenience him to come and open the entry door(thank you very much, sir). All good though. Really appreciated the the ability to accommodate us about the request for what we needed and service at inconvenience times.

The location is great, close to the train station, town centre and the mall. The room was spacious if sparsely furnished and rather tired. It was not expensive but you wouldn't want to spend long there. Probably clean, but the state of decoration is so bad it's hard to tell.
The decor was very dated and the furniture mismatched and shabby. The bathroom had no window, poor ventilation and inadequate flooring. Everywhere you look there's a bodged repair or an untidy make-do. Seriously could have been unchanged since the 1970s. A whole extra bed was just propped up on its end in the corner. Not a safe place for young children or people with visual or physical disabilities.
