Small hotel (a plus) with very friendly staff (from the reception's representatives to the lady servicing breakfast).

Location was fantastic, bathroom very functional. Mini fridge helped cooling drinks down.
Limited internet access, VPN couldn't be used either, very annoying. I cannot recommend it for business trips. Air-conditioning is really missed in the 3rd floor rooms. The standing air-conditioning unit wasn't really sufficient when the temperatures were around or above 30°C.

Good location near train and bus station. Very clean rooms with good shower. Over irish pub serving food. Fab restaurant Bazade across the street.
Very quiet, comfortable hotel.
