La proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile.
La colazione molto assortita, compresa di macchina per il caffe' e le cialde.
Appartamento grandissimo nuovo, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort, anche cio' che non ti aspetti.
Parcheggio gratuito sotto casa e vista mozzafiato dalla terrazza dove si vede tutta Perugia.
Che dire non mancava proprio niente
