The flat is centrally located, the communication with the owner was without any problem, the premises are perfect for two people spending a few nights in Malaga, and the cleanliness was impeccable. There is a very nice terrace that makes the stay in the flat more comfortable.

The owner did not inform us of the building undergoing reconstruction, making our stay in the flat much less comfortable than expected. There was a lot of noise early in the morning, and there was quite some cigarette smoke in the building and in the flat (the smoke easily found its way into the flat through the space beneath the door and through the bathroom windows). The walls are extremely thin and you can literally hear everything. It would be a good idea, and yes, probably it would push the owner to spend more, to invest in soundproofing and isolation.

It was good

Cute. The apartment has a lovely terrace (in january: the sun shines onto the terrace from approx 12.15-13:15). It is not in a fancy neighbourhood, but seemed reasonably safe and plenty of food stores are available in the area. The historical centre is only 10-15 minutes, simple walk away. the street is pretty quiet. There were some constructions right next door and that brought some noise in the morning of the weekdays, but that is normal in Málaga. There are constructions everywhere all the time. - While managed by Property Management Company, I was allowed to check in early (by around 11) - it was a superduper plus. Made a huge positive change to the arrival day. - The bed is comfy, there are different pillows available. there are TVs both in the livingroom and the bedroom. Small portion of salt and pepper, olive oil and vinegar was provided. (enough for 2 salads). No sugar, though. - Bathroom is super tiny but if you are not bothered by that (aka travelling alone) it is neat and clean. - Plenty of shampoo and soap is provided - and I liked the smell. Washing liquid is provided for the washing machine. (Thank you!)

The apartment is managed by a property management company, and it comes with talking to AI on Whatsapp. It is possible to reach a real human, but you never know who is answering, robot or human - (I had some issues with the heating that kind of resolved itself.) - Note: in January the flat cools down very fast but warms up slowly if the heating (AC) is not left on all the time. - In the livingroom area there's only a thin curtain, so after dark the accross neighbours could see every move. Some thick night curtain would be useful - That really bothered me.

Central for us visiting family. Very clean and tidy but compact. Great for couples.

3 sets of stairs. But we were aware of that so was not a problem for us. Would not be good for anyone with mobility problems.
