El espacio que es dividido en dos pisos es muy acojedor y comodo, ya que en la parte superior tienes la privacidad del baño y el dormitorio, y en la parte inferior la vivienda que cuenta con un amplio living y una cocina bien distribuida. En todos los ambientes hay un muy buen gusto decorativo y todo funciona correctamente.

Me costo mucho comunicarme con la empresa que gestiona este piso. De primeras no te responden con un agente humano o alguien detras de una pantalla, sino que te hacen gestionar tu reserva a traves de una IA, que no responde a cualquier problema que puedas tener. Si a caso quieres comunicarte por whatsapp, debes esperar a que se les ocurra responderte, lo cual pueden ser varias horas. Esto genera bastante disconformidad en las horas previas a la llegada ya que no sientes que si tienes algun problema te lo vayan a solucionar. A mi gusto muy poco personalizada la gestion, dando dudas sobre su existencia o posibles estafas. Luego finalmente, debes insistir mucho para que te respondan. Por otro lado a nuvel alojamiento, si bien es muy moderno y muy comodo, el piso superior tiene el techo en caida y muy bajo, por lo que hay que andar con cuidado sobre todo en el baño para no pegarse la cabeza contra alguna viga.

Su interior es agradable con grandes detalles de atencion por el propietario. Fue muy agradable.Volveria allí. Gracias.

Las escaleras resultan siempre desmejoradoras por el tema de maletas.

To get to the property you have to use a back street that smells of human urine and sewage from the manholes. Once we got there, we could not enter the apt as they sent us the wrong access codes and it took them 30 mins to figure out that they had made a mistake. Also the wifi login info was incorrect. And the wifi was very intermittent and did not always work. We needed good wifi to book onward travel, and could not do so. The ceiling in the bedroom and bathroom is so low, we kept hitting our heads all the time. The furniture in the dining area was very uncomfortable. They have a clothes washer but no where to dry the laundry. There is a line outside a window with no pegs, so guaranteed you will loose your clothes to the ground 2 floors below. The apartment is badly managed and they do not respond to your requests. The battery in the remote control for the air-conditioned died, and they did not respond so we spent 2 nights sweating it out. Save yourself the frustration and find a better place. I believe the previous reviews are fake or submitted by friends and not real customers.
