Simple but nice room. Not far from Ikebukuro.
The mattress quality could be better and the cleaning could be improved. The bathroom door was so dirty and the walls are definitely not soundproof!!

Das Check-in hat super Funktioniert. Koffer konnten vor dem eigentlichen Check-in im Zimmer gelagert werden. Der Besitzer antwortete bei Fragen sehr schnell und war allgemein immer erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber. Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Föhn haben alle Funktioniert. Die Lage war mit der Otsaka Station sehr gut an die Yamanote-line gebunden.
Ich habe zwei mal während meines Urlaubs ein Zimmer Gebucht. Zimmer im 5. Stock war sauber. Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war zwar auch sauber aber das Badezimmer hat etwas gestunken. Sonst war alles in Ordnung.
