While the staff was friendly and accommodating, it is not enough to cover for the may flaws of this hotel. First of all, this is an adult adult. They should have included that in the description of their hotel. We were misled into believing that this is a decent business hotel. On our first day, we were assigned to kinky orange room with orange curtains covering the bed. The bed was located on the floor. I was infuriated because that was not the room I booked in Agoda. Although I was able to negotiate to be transferred to a more decent room, the first night at that hotel was a nightmare for me. The couple in the next room was LOUDLY having sex for the entire night. The female was moaning and screaming loudly which robbed me of a sound sleep. The rooms, unfortunately, are not soundproof. This property didn't meet expectations in key areas that matter for a comfortable visit. The hotel had a musty smell and had dim lights. From the lobby itself, one would know that this is not a wholesome place to stay in. The hotel is expensive considering it's location and lack of amenities. They mattress is old with hairs of other people; no pantry unlike other accommodation; no provision of drinking water; doors are not automated; rooms are not cleaned regularly; towels are not changed regularly. If you want to have a good rest after long day of business or leisure, don't come to this hotel.

It was a love hotel, not a business hotel. If you book online, the price doubles. The room was next to the train tracks, so the train noise was loud and the room smelled of cigarettes. It would have been nice if the windows were soundproof. But the front desk staff was very kind.
